The only reason we ate here is because we were staying at the Hyatt waiting for a next day flight. I was told they were out of meat lovers pizza ($22 + $6 for cauliflower crust) so I ordered a pizza with the same toppings and initially wanted it delivered to our room, she told me $36 so then I declined delivery because I didn't want to pay what seemed a large delivery fee for someone to bring it up 2 floors to my room then somehow upon picking it up I ended up paying $42!? for a tiny pizza with a quality of about a $10 freezer pizza. I didn't even get an explanation for why the price was higher from when I ordered it to when I picked it up myself!? I put a plate next to the pizza for size. This is incredibly frustrating. I was told "oh that was an old menu you should have followed the QR code." I literally pulled the menu up from the website because my QR code wouldn't pick up on my phone. It still doesn't make sense why my bill went UP from the 15 minutes I ordered it to when I picked it up. My 3 little kids are starving so I took the damn pizza, but I need an explanation because I'm pissed.

Joe provided the most exceptional service I have ever experienced in a long while. From the moment I sat down, he expertly navigated me through the menu, offering the most insightful and mouthwatering suggestions. I decided to start with the brisket tacos, which turned out to be the most phenomenal tacos I have ever tasted. The flavors were perfectly balanced and utterly unforgettable. For the main course, I went with the Cubano, and it was beyond delicious. The sandwich was perfectly crafted with every ingredient on point, creating a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds. Each bite was an experience in itself, making it one of the best meals I've had in a long time. The restaurant's location in the hotel at the airport is incredibly convenient, with no room reservation required to dine there. If you ever find yourself passing through Orlando and have time to exit security for a meal, this restaurant is the absolute best option you could choose. The combination of outstanding service, phenomenal food, and convenient location makes it a must-visit.

Overall I would say the dinner we had was average. We started with ice tea Shirley temple and Bloody Mary which all were cold and exactly what we wanted to start the meal. For dinner we got the cuban sandwich with fries which both the sandwich and fries were temperature warm when we received them but the sandwich was very dry. The cheese way not stringy or honestly even warm. I do not think I will Get these again. Next was 2 orders of trio flights we got the Thai chicken which was the best Flavor of the night! Next was the shrimp which did not taste good and the cracker broke after one bite, Ava ado toast was 2nd best and the rest was average pretzel Bites, capers salad, humus. Worst item of the note goes to kids grill Cheese, it was cold one slice of cheese and hard stale bread, I even took a bite to try it, I would stay away. Overall most of the food tonight I would not order again if we come back.

Extremely disappointed in the food service. Was left on hold several times when attempting to order poolside service. Eventually, I got through and I ordered two beers for the pool, however, I had to redirect them back to the room after a more than 30 minute wait. We got too cold because the sun went down. When the beers came, they were incorrect. I was told to call again and ask for the correct beers and that they would recharge me. I was charged twice, even after returning the unopened and incorrectly delivered product.

Later that evening, I wanted to work on my laptop at the Lobby Bar, however, they did not serve draught beer. I was redirected to the McCoy bar. An hour before posted closing hours, I was asked to leave because they had to shut the bar down. Disappointed, I relocated to the workstations near the concierge desk. I went back to the Lobby Bar to order a canned beer, however, I was told they can't serve me because I wasn't in the correct area. At this point, I was willing to relocate to within the Lobby Bar area, but more than half of the tables were now unavailable with "RESERVED" signs on them. I did not want to sit at the bar, but gave up on work and did so that I could order some food. This was around 10pm.

Finally, the next morning, my wife and I went to a sit-down breakfast at McCoy's. They were understaffed and our server was oversat. Initial attention took longer than 10 minutes. Food took more than 40 minutes. A check took far too long after we were done to arrive and the whole experience was incredibly disappointing. Again, we had a much better experience here in the past....

We have frequented this restaurant since we discovered it back in 1994 & their Horizon restaurant as well.

We have never been disappointed until recently.

It is our ritual to receive our flight guests in style rather than enduring the chaos of the MCO crowd.

We have all guests meet us at the Hyatt lounge, order beverages while awaiting our arrival.

We take advantage of the valet parking on the lower level so as to avoid parking chaos.

Then, we invite our exhausted traveling guests to join us for a meal at Mccoys.

It never fails to be a memorable moment & refresher.

Unfortunately, after so many decades, we had a US Army Vet guest treated very poorly.

He is a steoke survivor. He was wheeled by wheelchair to Mccoys & they placed him in a cramped 2-seat booth wherein he had to sit sideways because he could not maneuver his body into the space.

He is fully paralyzed on his right side & has a VA issued tripod cane & leg brace.

No logical mindful management could have witnessed this & said it's ok.

Instead of the female manager from the carribean giving us the cold stone face status quo, "sorry, we will speak to the person," should have acted to correct the matter.

I get it she's not a US citizen so who cares about US Vets injuries, right.

They even overcharged him when he sent back the burnt Brussel sprouts.

I've never been so embarrassed. You never get a 2nd chance to impress your guest,...

I came to this restaurant last week with colleagues and had a great server and great food ….. today I came in with one colleague at around 2pm we sat in a two seater towards the left hand side of entrance our server (do not know her name she did not introduce herself she has red locs/dreads hairstyle). She had an attitude when taking our order brought the order and had an attitude then as well. We requested some things that where missing or did not arrive (she didn’t verify our order upon being it to the table is my assumption. Once done eating she cleared out 1 plate and brought the bill and sis not ask if we wanted anything else which we did. It’s almost like she did not want to engage at all with her patrons smh! My colleague asked for a coffee with Splenda at this point this was about an hour ago and still have. It received it - she stated hesitantly as if she wanted to reply no but stated she had to make the coffee. She asked with an attitude “do you want me to switch you to another server my shift is done” my colleague replied “yes” and she stormed off and slammed the salt and pepper on a stand nearby and then disappeared. No one has checked on us and it has been awhile highly unprofessional and I will not return to this...
