I have been here 3 times , in the late afternoon and early evening and maybe once before 10pm. ,all recently before the evening Spanish lady manger arrives , I was told by a nice young Spanish cashier.. she explained to me that the white 30 years old male that I had met there earlier was not wantedin there by the manager. But I was treating him to a full dinner n myself. Well ,now I know why , because that Kevin Clayton n all his bum looking homeless friends are all heroine addicts .. this new acquaintance Kevin I would feed n give him a ride to the wawa on semoran n Lee Vista. Tonight , he would not get out my car when I drove him to Wawa and instead extorted my Last 60.00 out of me . His reasons are a disgrace ... Please don't let these heroine addicts in your MacDonald's , while they may seem harmless n just drink all the sodas for free, as your manager knows , I am retired n gay but I never did anything with this gay. My satisfaction came from me just talking n joking ;, with the guy asking if I would take him to my house for a shower and I told him each time that I could not , giving different excuses. To protect your other customers in case he should ask for a ride down to Wawa and prevent robbery by extortion n the threat of force against us , alert the general manager of these dangerous panhandling n check your parking lot for drug activity , OMG , I will tell that Spanish lady that she is 100% correct in threatening to press tresspasing charges. Tell her not to reveal my specific complaint but watch the...
Read moreDisappointing Experience This was my first—and definitely last—visit to this McDonald’s location.
From the start, communication was frustrating due to a language barrier. I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and an extra sausage patty. At the pickup window, I politely asked for an extra syrup, but the employee seemed confused and responded rudely with “WHAT!” She then started speaking in another language, which added to the frustration. Eventually, her manager came over and informed me that extra syrup would cost 50 cents. I find it ridiculous to be nickel-and-dimed for condiments after already spending money there. To make matters worse, she was also counting out the ketchup packets.
When I checked my order, I noticed my extra sausage patty was missing, but there was an additional hash brown instead. I brought it to their attention, and despite showing them the platter, the employee insisted the patty was there. She then handed me another bag to “fix” the issue, which, again, had another hash brown instead of the sausage.
On top of all this, the sausage was burnt, the eggs were dry, and overall, the food quality was terrible. The service was unprofessional, and the experience was frustrating from start to finish.
I’ll stick to the McDonald’s on Semoran and Hoffner, where I’ve consistently had better service and food. Never coming back to...
Read moreI placed a 50$ including 10 items for my family at this location on 5/1 at 11pm. Out of the 10 items purchased I only received 4 items (2 Drinks & 2 10 Piece Nuggets). I return to the location to speak to the manager to get my order corrected & was told by employee Chris that he would not replace my order nor give me a receipt for proof of purchase or run the camera back for further review. He talked about me directly very negatively & made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I requested to speak to anyone else and the manager Kenya came & advised that she would help me and get my order corrected. She advised me however that she could get in trouble with upper management/leadership. I want to thank Kenya for not only defusing the conflict with Chris but actually taking the time to assist me as a customer and having a nice/respectful demeanor and attitude. I will be contacting corporate and looking to speak with the General Manager at this location to ensure that Kenya isn’t disciplined for her actions & to further share that Chris needs additional training in customer service. This location has really gone down hill with their service & have really decreased their...
