McDonald's — Restaurant in Orlando

I know what you're thinking. A five star rating? For a McDonalds? In an airport? Yes. They earned it.

Like most Americans, I have been to far too many McDonalds over the years. But when you're at the airport early in the morning and need something to eat, what are ya gonna do?

The crazy thing is, the employees at this location rocked! They were extremely quick and efficient. Not only was unable to order quickly, despite a super long line (I had time), but order pick up is also a well oiled machine here! The employees promptly prepared each order, clearly called out the order number, and had it prominently displayed so I could ensure I got the right order. Extremely efficient - especially considering how stupid busy this McD's is!

While the food at this location is fine. There are many improvements that could be made. First, the hours of the app are wrong so you can’t order even though they are open. Second, you can’t activate Rewards at this location. Edit you may be able to if you order at the kiosk and scan your phone but if you order straight through the app, you cannot. Third deals are not activated at this restaurant so there is no discount. I get that at an airport but in the words of the illustrious Joe Biden “c’mon man”. Fourth, the prices here are out of this world. $1.99 for one...

Wanted to grab a quick breakfast before an early flight and although it looked crowded, I chose McDonald's. I ordered a coffee and Egg McMuffin on one of their screens. My order came out fast, hot and fresh. Coffee was great. Egg McMuffin was great. Service was great, fast and, more importantly ,courteous! This McDonald's has...
