I ordered filet fish with large fries meal without salt on my fries and asked for the worker to wear gloves handling all my food. I got an employee without gloves placing them into my bag. Yuck, yuck.When I complained to the manager, he says we dont have to wear gloves. I dont know about you, but when a customer makes special requests, you should honor it! I would give it no stars if this app allowed it. Manager snatched my bag, grabbed fries, threw them out, then took bag in the back out of my view, told worker to re do fries...she complied but when it was ready she didnt completely fill the large container with fries, barely a medium...then placed them in bag and finally threw the bag at me with a frown on her face...no real Happy meals at this place! I mean what manager allows stuff like that...I will never return with the kind of treatment I recieved here! Anytime you handle food, you should wear gloves even if there is no requirement because you still transfer germs when you pick up fries from top of container...no way to prevent that unless you wear gloves! The sandwich was cold and I didnt get the large fries that I requested! Not to mention, the fries were cooked in old grease....yucky! I will never recommend McDonald's again!! I visited this McDonald's location on the third floor at Orlando International Airport (MCO) at 9223 Jeff Fuqua Boulevard, Orlando, Florida this morning. I have been giving this location my business frequently lately. However, this morning I encountered an issue with the McDonald's app not working properly. The acting Manager on duty this morning, Horaine (might be misspelled) stated to me on the morning of October 11, 2022, that should the app encounter issues, that the restaurant can still honor the deal, as long as I show that I'm an active app User. However, this morning the app was encountering the same issue. I addressed the issue again with Horaine, but he refused to give me the Deal that I proved to him via the app, which was not loading the QR Code. Rather than be professional and remedy the situation, Horaine threatened to call the police, simply for me stating what he told me two days prior about honoring app deals when the app wouldn't work properly. I usually work front counter, and I make mistakes- however, when I ordered a medium iced coffee, the person taking my order clarified “a medium iced coffee?” I said yes, medium iced coffee, and lo and behold, when I get our order, it’s a regular coffee. I am usually pretty understanding of mistakes, it’s a busy place, it was loud, but they had asked if I wanted an iced coffee, and then proceeded to give me the opposite of an iced coffee. Not only that but the sausage burritos I got were messy- I’m used to one end being open from the restaurant I work at, you just hold it by the other end and all is good- but I couldn’t because it was covered in cheese!
