Nature's Table closes at 3pm and is only open weekdays... thus mainly a breakfast/lunch place for the office workers in the building. I live a few blocks away and am happy to take a walk there on a nice day to have a late lunch on their patio which is shaded and peaceful... blocked from the parking lot by a wall and the traffic on the lake side road is very light.
I like their delicious sandwiches and salads, but my favorite is the combo... half a sandwich (I love the turkey club), a side (like broccoli or pasta salad), a fountain drink, and a cookie; all for about $13!
They are certified "sustainable" with no plastic containers. I haven't been there to witness the normal lunch rush which may be a problem if you want to eat there instead of at your desk. Only a few counter seats inside so not so good for a hot day unless you are taking out, but overall a winner......

And then returning after finally opening my wrap to see it had been sitting under the lamp for quite some time. The lettuce was cooked inside which confirms it being burned and sitting. The attendant had an attitude because she remade the wrap the wrong way and I corrected her. But if I were to have an allergic reaction it would have been a major issue. Needless to say, I won't be coming here for...
Read moreEverything changed about a month ago for the worst. Prior to that, we would eat here almost daily because we work upstairs, however, under new management changes ruined our experience and appetite. The entire menu and checkout layout flipped around making it very difficult to keep a flow. Lines were out the door last time we visited so we skipped out, and today, I almost choked on a sticker from their avocado in my soup. We gave them a chance given the changes, however, still a few weeks later the employees still seem lost. They always run out of something, Portion sizes are smaller, cutlery, napkins, etc are now hidden behind the counters which I understand to increase profits but a bit more annoying having to ask for each item or asking to trade when given a spoon...
