The only reason I gave 1 star is because it is not possible to write a review with 0 stars. I don't even leave reviews at all, not when I'm happy or angry. But I have NEVER in my life experience racism like this. My husband and I who are both light skin and my husband even has light eyes, I was literally born, raised and have lived in the 32807 zip code my 30 years of life, where there has ALWAYS been every shade of skin color. I just can not reiterate enough how I have never experienced racism like this. Also, as someone who has worked in customer service for over 10 of those 30 years. This is just absolutely outrageous to me. I am shaking from shock. I called my neighborhood pizza hut at the Google Maps provided number. Stated on the phone that I wished to use the coupon (which I have added a picture of for transparency) and after the person on the phone looked up to ensure it was a valid coupon then told me multiple times to bring in the coupon (which at the time we took as a joke the amout of times he said "please bring the coupon") made it a point to cut it out to bring it. We walk in, say the name for the order, and show the coupon. Was told by the employee that there is no way to use the coupon since there isn't a code on it. I told them that I spoke with someone on the phone who said it was good to go as long as I brought the coupon. After saying again it can't be used and that whoever it was shouldn't have said that. I asked to speak with the manager for some help. (This is where things take a turn) We have been speaking plain english this whole time to now have another employee come out speaking Spanish to us. WHAT?!?! The man said that his manager told him to tell us in Spanish that the coupon is online only. There is nothing on the coupon that's says online, but now, furious from this assumption, I again ask for the manager stating I am speaking plain English this whole time. When the manager finally comes out, he states that the initial employee stated we were speaking Spanish to him. (I really hope the cameras in there also pick up audio showing we were speaking only english to him) We tell the manager that the coupon itself has no mention of online order and that i spoke with someone who said that just showing the coupon is enough, manager now states that the flyer we cut the coupon for is promoting online ordering which is why it has no code and why it must have been done online. (I have also added a picture of the flier which says no such thing) and that the person I spoke on the phone with must have been from the call center because if it was one of them they would have given a name. I stated that the person on the phone did state a name however I did not memorize it(didn't know I had to write down peoples names when taking food orders) The manager does nothing at all to help with the coupon abd continues to make rude facial gestures. Read moreI've ordered from this Pizza Hut for the last year and just about every single time I get pizza from them it's wrong or it's cold or there's no cheese on it but tonight was the last straw. We ordered 3 medium pizzas a ham pan crust, a ham and sausage pan crust, and an onion and mushroom hand-tossed. We received a ham pan crust with barely any cheese, a ham and sausage hand tossed barely any cheese (was supposed to be pan) and a burnt onion and mushroom with barely any cheese. We also ordered 16 wings and everything was cold because when we went to pick up the pizza their credit card machine was down and they took her food out of the heater while they were trying to fix the credit card machine so by the time we went to the Publix next door and took out money out of the ATM the food was cold because it was 25 minutes later so we called they gave us a credit I started eating my ham Pizza and my friends said they couldn't eat theirs because it was burnt so I called them back and told them to deliver up a replacement they said that the last person I spoke to only gave me a $10 credit and I go well that's not right because all the pieces were messed up so you need to deliver alll of, it and after arguing for a while they finally delivered everything again an hour and a half later and the pizzas were messed up again, everything was hot but my ham pizza was not pan it was hand tossed and all of the pizzas barely had any cheese on them. My pizza had been reserved online from 4:00 p.m. to be delivered at 8:00 p.m. When I called at 8:21 p.m. to find out why my order had not arrived, Mr. William told me that the driver had left 5 minutes ago and that he already had it at my door.but by then it was 8:45 p.m. and I had to go with my car to the pizza hut to find out what happened since they didn't answer either; When I arrived 3 minutes later, since I live 0.5 miles from the place, I met the driver leaving and then I asked him if he had my pizza and he said no, I entered the pizzeria and William the temporary manager in charge as he identified himself on the phone and in person, He gave me a lot of excuses without facing the mistake and the lie that when I called the driver had already left in the end he laughed hironically and apologized. So driving back to my house I saw the same pizza driver who minutes before I asked him if he had my pizza ,and worst of all, he was reversing to return so I blocked him with my car, and asked him what are you doing where you going with my order Sr?????, He didn't say anything, his face was red with embarrassment, he gave me the pizza and left laughing.
