Southern Style BBQ — Restaurant in Orlando

I saw a little TikTok video on this on Facebook and was curios as I thought it might be good. I do not live near this but, today I found myself in the area and ran into to it by accident and was very happy to do so. I ordered a 3 meat combo meal and a beef sausage not really knowing what to expect and thinking things might be dry. When I got home and my wife and I both started eating we found that it was not. The seasoning on the chicken and ribs is tasty. I opted for the combo sweet BBQ sauce which we really enjoyed and wished we had more of it. My beef sausage was delicious. Unacceptable BBQ on every level Rib meat was so tough I couldn’t even pull it off the bone brisket even worse grey in color and fatty. Maybe the worst Florida BBQ yet. Was not even worthy of putting my KC BBQ sauce on took it back they only refunded half said I ate half when I ate half a rib but he can have it I would rather go hungry. I tried to rip meat off two ribs it was tough overcooked and gross the brisket was grey and looks like boiled fat. Last year this time I was driving down Lee rd and Edgewater Dr in Orlando. I didn't know there was any barbecue place near me, but the smell made me come back around. It's from a food truck. I'm from Chicago and this is the Best barbecue I've had in Florida. The chicken is good and seasoned well. The ribs incredibly tasty and tender always. I've been coming here since the first day I smelled the barbecue in the air last year. At least every other weekend. It's the only barbecue place I go to. Also try the macaroni and cheese. Homemade cheese sauce, greens are good. There is a variety of different style sauces but I stick to mild sauce being from Chicago. I most often get the rib tips.
