This is my second time buying from them, but at a different location. Absolutely fantastic.
I am disabled. The care and patience I received is exemplory. I thought because I was in pain they were taking extra good care of me. Nope, I observed that level of service with other customers. Everyone gets great service. That is the awe of this place.
Jasean: Sales. Super patient as I was trying out different pieces. I had questions, he had answers. The quality of his character and being genuinely sincere that I find right fit. Thanks to him and Jace, I was able to find the right balance between budget and getting the right piece. I have to take small breaks when moving around and never once felt rushed.
Jace: GM. Made it within my financial reach and was able to bump up delivery. Thank you (smiles). She personally called to reveal the good news.
Bruce: Sales I think. I had a few questions. He would answer the phone, but if he couldn't and I didn't leave a voicemail, would check missed calls and call back. How amazing is that (thumbs up to Bruce).
JC and Antonio: Delivery guys. They had my sofa wrapped up better than a baby in a blizzard with multiple layers. It is doable but a bit of a tight fit. They were careful, set up everything and made sure everything worked just great. Thank you.
Over all, I am so very impressed. I have a sales and service background so I come to recognize great service. The best part? I could have been anybody, but it's for everybody.

Read moreWe purchased a couch, end table, side table and entertainment table from Haverty's and received a great price. The floor staff was friendly and helpful. I have two complaints. The color pillows we purchased for our couch are made with feathers and they constantly are poking through the pillow. There is a liner, but it does not work. The feathers ends are sharp and uncomfortable when rubbed up against. Also, Haverty's offers a service where they come to your house and reviews and measures the area for new furniture. They then present you with a proposed computer image of the space with their new furniture. The interior decorator measured incorrectly and we purchased furniture based upon that incorrect measurement. Rather than acknowledge the mistake, it was just ignored when we brought it to their attention. That was disappointing and unprofessional. We had to move things around to make it work. If you make a mistake, own up to it. Finally, our couch was damaged during shipment and a shelf was missing. They quickly replaced and repaired the issues. At least...

However, Mitchell McKinney is a shady salesperson willing to screw over paying customers. Erica helped us make a sale, and when she stepped aside to quickly help another one of her customers, Mr. Mckinley deleted our order in order to sell it to customers of his own. I understand this is a cutthroat business, but to do that, AFTER we (the customers) confirmed that we just bought the product TO HIS FACE, is shameful. He knew we had made the deal, and he was detestable enough to delete our order right under our noses, resulting in us losing the couch we purchased fair and square. Unbelievably messed up. Shame on you. It’s my opinion that someone like that has no business being employed by Haverty’s— especially if he’s willing to ruin their reputation like that. We are looking forward to speaking to corporate and anyone else necessary until this is rectified. I hope the commission...
