The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Orlando

I live very far from this location but no matter what every year I will leave my home early at the crack of dawn to get there before it opens. Today I was there early in the morning as the store opened, no lines no waiting I thought as I entered it was going to be a breeze. I got up to the register for a male associate to tell me that line was for pick up orders didn't see any line for walk in so I went over to the next area as I got up to the other associate I asked if I could have sliced ham and sliced turkey to purchase. She rolled her eyes and said that it was for only online and pick up orders, I didn't know as I had always walked up every year with no problem. I begged her and explained the situation that I came very far to get here and if she could please make an exception, then she sighed and said "ok wait in the corner at back and I will see what I can do. Meanwhile no one else is in the store. She went to the back and asked another associate at back which was brought 15 mins later during this time I helped myself over to the fridge to get some freezer items. As I got up to the register I said that I had asked for the sliced turkey too. At this time she was really upset at me rolled her eyes again, she didn't really listen to me the first time she just let her anger take over what was being said. She turned around and opened the fridge behind her to give me the roasted turkey slice and she said that's all she had, I am wondering why she didn't give it to me in the first place, I took it just because I wanted to leave after this experience.... I work in a luxury retail environment for over 20 years and customer service has to be on point. The store was clean but no kind service for walk in customers very disappointing... I purchase a ham from Honey Baked pretty much every year, this year will be the last. I reserved my order (I normally do) & paid upon arrival for ONE ham - 20 minutes after I left the store I received an alert from my bank that I’d been charged for another ham close to the same amount but not exact…the person that checked me out was the GM of the store, turns out, sadly, that this person with no people skills outside of referring to people as “hun” and “sweetie” was my only recourse - she proceeds to tell me I potentially left with two hams - wrong. Then proceeds to tell me that I inserted my card twice & was charged 2 separate amounts - (I inserted it twice but wasn’t charged the 2nd time until 20 mins later?!) wrong & extremely suspicious. After 30 minutes on hold and talking in circles (which is basically blaming me) she says they can do the refund for one of the hams - fair enough; however, after seeing a second fraudulent ham charge I immediately locked my card causing the refund to decline, I try to explain to this genius that the card can be unlocked & the account isn’t frozen & all of a sudden there’s nothing she can do so I should call my bank & dispute as fraud, lovely. Although this happened once in the last 5x I’ve been there & they did ultimately process the refund it’s enough to make me never go again - be careful using your cards here people, there is definitely something up, use cash or a gift card- you’ve...

I place a Order on line For a Full Turkey and a Brest for 70 people , well Techer’s . When I arrived to pick up to take to school . Surprise they give me the Brest cook and the large Turkey Frozen, I then say is this for real I have 70 Techer’s waiting for this Lunch. I guest the manager did a refund and only Ofer me 2 more breast for the total of the Turkey . So I ending spending a little bit more for less Turkey . That was not enough for 70 people. The store got busy and I didn’t want to take longer plus’s I was so upset. I will like the web page to mention on the order information that the Turkey is Frozen. I when back to check what I miss reading before I place the order. It mention Thaw, Heat & serve Frozen The Foto need to be Frozen Foto and not bake beautifully Turkey .
