The Matador — Restaurant in Orlando

I'm writing this again because they probably ask to get my first review taking down,and I will write as many as possible if necessary, this is the worst experience I've ever had in a bar in my life, the bar back try to take brand new drinks from my table and was told to not do it, (I mean, it's obvious they were full) I went to the bathroom and my drinks were gone! When I went to the bar to complain they told me that I have to apologize to them for complaining! The nerve, they are extremely rude, and basically told me that I have no rights to complain whatsoever, specially some lady, I don't know if she was a bartender or the manager, they all ganged up, they're are definitely in the wrong business, they have no idea about how to treat a customer and they won't even let you talk, beware! I've been there many times, the owner should train them to deal with customers in this type of business, the whole interaction felt like I was in a third world dictatorship, I think they don't like to be told anything, the power trip was mind blowing, specially from that woman, the whole incident happened on Saturday...

One bad experience can ruin the place you’ve loved for years!

I've been coming here for few years now. I've never ever had an issue with the bartender before until today. I came with 6 other people and we were looking forward to chilling here. It's a Sunday night so it's not that busy. Three people that were at the bar already had drinks so Mariel (the bartender) took my order. My friend came to the bar to order and said what she wanted but right at that moment 3 men walked in so she immediately took their order and completely forgot my friends order. I got my drink and came outside. My friends waited at the bar but after 10 minutes they just walked away, disappointed by the service. Pretty baffling that they weren't able to get drinks when the bar wasn't even that busy.

The horrible customer service aside, they have completely changed their gin and tonic on tap. I remember a day when it actually used to be good. Now it just tastes like water. Very...

We recently enjoyed this spot on a Saturday night and loved the vibe, drinks, and music playlist. It's nice to see this spot at this location since I hadn't visited since it was in Downtown Orlando. We really enjoyed their specialty cocktails and great drink menu. The energy of the place was fun but with a more relaxed vibe. The classic rock playlist added to the great energy of the place. This location has great seating areas in side and on a patio at the front along the street. We sat with our group of friends and enjoyed our visit and the great service.
