We are here at universal studios at the watering hole taking a little break and eating some snacks and popcorn and soda here with the grandkids just having a great time the whole Rivera family from The adventures of the riveras are here today and we have my grandkids that they have their own YouTube channel and it's called adventures with J.E.M ON YOUTUBE. We're having a great time and then they have to drink here like the dino roar they have all kinds of different kind of food they have chips nachos loaded nachos food pork nachos barbarian pretzel and pork pretzel sliders this is what today's adventure took us to in will be reporting a lot of other places going on today so just keep saying soon and remember followers give us a like and see where our next adventure will take us. no changes to the watering hole.

Stopped here to get a drink during the day, Iā€™m an annual pass holder and I always stop in shops or quick service restaurants to get a quick coke or water. The woman working at the watering hole was very rude and on top of that asked me to leave a tip on my receipt for a coke at a quick service stand when all she did was hand me an empty cup.

I went there today and I was completely new to this place(as most of the people around). I was looking at the menu displayed above the queue and since there were no much on the queue I had no enough time to go through it. Then the person inside was asking me how can he help me and was bit of a rush. Since I had no time to remember the menu I was trying to ask for a cocktail. Then that Guy, I barely noticed the name as ā€œ Dimitar or Dimitareā€ was so rude and asked me to tell him the name of the cocktail. Somehow I took my drink and was so embarrassed and disappointed. As everyone here are 90 percent strangers to the place and most of the time so tired with there kids and the families also around people should really be patient with them and above all they should treat their customers nicely.. Please please please retrain your staff here. They were so horrible we almost decided to get rid of our annual passes to your park. My boyfriends Drivers License expired and he had the renewal card with him he was just waiting on the plastic replacement in the mail. The sever refused to serve both of us even though my license was valid and was yelling at us. I would say that is poor behavior and an unejoyable experience at best.
