I would avoid this at all costs. For a restaurant selling its self as fast food it is anything but. We placed an order via the universal mobile app, which was a big mistake. We then waited in a queue for 20 minutes to show we ordered on the app before they would start cooking the food, which is different to how all the other universal restaurants work. Once I finally got to the front of the queue to show my order number they started cooking the food and I was placed into another queue. We stood in queue waiting another 45 minutes for our food. When our food was finally ready the burgers where stone cold. When we complained they offered to replace the burgers which we agreed and we were place back in the queue holding the tray of fries, after another 25 minutes in queue waiting on the burgers and our fires now cold, I asked them to cancel it and issue a refund as we had already wasted over an hour and a half trying to get lunch. I was then told I needed to wait on a manager to do the refund which of course took another 20 minutes. The manager didn't understand the issue with having to wait soo long but did finally give me a partial refund.

I don't understand how universal could allow such terrible customer service in their parks.

The other observation I noticed was that there were clearly not enough seats, yet they do not offer a take out option. We noticed people standing in the isles eating off trays waiting on seats to free up. Given this is simply a burger and fries restaurant they should offer take out options for people to find seating else where rather then continuing to take orders when they where clearly...

This place needs to be fixed the elevator was broken I ordered a burger combo fries were salty the meat was dry bland nasty I didn't even end up eating the whole meal that's how disgusting it was. I WOULD NEVER I REPEAT NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN the table dirty the floor also when I ordered my food I have never in my life been greeted by a such a rude cashier named Alyssa if you guys want this restaurant to be top star the first thing you need to do is wipe out all your staff and start clean make sure the tables are clean because it's absolutely disgusting and when I tried getting my drink I found something weird in my cup I was so fed up I didn't even go to the front to get a another one also learn how to stick to someone's order I asked for a plain burger yet you guys still were nonchalant about it and still put things on it. When I opened my burger to see if it was cooked properly oh my god what kind of cheese do you slap on a burger, and it's not melted the cheese was nasty the burger tasted fake and add some more things to your menu because hamburgers, onion rings, and salads, veggie hamburgers, milkshakes and soft drinks aren't cutting it either this place was like you didn't even have to go in the kitchen yourself you could tell this was literal dirty dining. Think twice before going in here to eat after a few of my friends felt sick including me. people would never go to a restaurant 3.2(actual rating) overall people would go to a restaurant with at least a 4.9 or higher eat somewhere different unless you want to be greeted by rude staff dirty tables and nasty food that will eventually...

I knew coming into this restaurant that it was a hamburger joint, so I wasn't really expecting much more than that. I'm also not sure exactly how it operated pre-COVID, but have gathered that there was a condiment bar where you could doctor your burger up the way you want it. Of course, in these conditions, limiting people touching or being near other people's food is a valid concern, so that has shut down.

Orders are also being completed on the Universal App, which didn't want to work for me. Standing inside the restaurant, it told me I wasn't in the right portion of the park. Once the staff became aware of that, they handled the order the old fashioned way, at the cash register. All of this after one young lady spent a good 5-10 minutes trying to help this old geezer figure out the technology. It wasn't for a lack of trying that it failed, that's for sure.

Once the hamburger arrived, I was immediately impressed by how soft the bun was, appearing to be a sourdough type of bread. I also noticed how thick the burger was, appearing to be more like a homemade patty you'd mash out in the kitchen yourself. I probably would have preferred it just a bit less cooked, but overall, the burger was tasty and the staff was helpful. One busboy even stopped to have a conversation with us, which we appreciated.

I would definitely think about coming here again for lunch. The food was good and the setting is pretty iconic. A good experience. It'll be even better when you can customize the burger to...

A semi fast food joint located in the Jurassic Park section of Islands of Adventure. I'm sure this is about as good as any other eatery at the theme parks, overpriced and average. It's impossible to vote with my wallet at a place like this so this is abot all I have. It's decent inside as far as decor but there is a laughably low amount of drink and condiment stations for how busy they are. The food does come out fairly quickly for the volume so it seems like they have a decent process or staff in back. Although you can't specificy how you like your burger cooked, which is typical at most fast food joints, but as Anthony Bourdain says "if you can't have your burger cooked to your liking, it's not worth eating" The food overall isn't bad for what it is. A SLIGHT setup up above the average fast food place. There is not near enough seating to accommodate the location either. Also final nail, which deducts a full star is the use of the QR code Coca-Cola freestyle machines. $12-20 dollars for a soda that you get 1-2 fills of for about 10 cents worth of soda is criminal. I don't care where it is, it's unnaectable.

It’s unlike me to post reviews even though I feel dissatisfied, but this burger made me feel unwell for many hours after and is therefore warranted. Next to me, a fellow diner was found crashing/fighting off a food coma/napping in their electric scooter minutes after having eaten the last bite of their burger. Felt like eating dog food—and I appreciate that this is harsh since some other reviews mention the Bacon Cheeseburger as being one of their favourites. On a slightly positive note: Chili fries were salvageable. TIP: please try and plan your day’s meals when going to Jurassic Park to make sure you eat a full meal either before or after. Way better options for dine in restaurants and take out can be found at City Walk. Honestly, my quick bite at Green Eggs and Ham was thoroughly more positive and it’s quite fast and a few blocks away from The Burger Digs. I’d even give the Kebab shoppes near Mythos a go before though I personally did not have time to do.
