Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Orlando

My friend Jess and I ordered from this papa johns last night like we have many times before. Last night was definitely different than other orders. The young lady had unprofessional attitude . We asked if they had any thin crust or flat bread pizza we were told no. So we ordered pepperoni pizza with half pineapple WELL DONE. When our pizza arrived under cooked (very doughy) I got sick AND THREW UP and slammed with a ridiculous amount of cheese . We did call and get a free pizza credit and told they are still training . So here we are giving the benefit of doubt and trying again second night in a row. When I called and mentioned the pizza credit I was not surprised the young lady had no knowledge of it . I said it was fine if I could speak to her manager about it. Yes, we were honored the pizza but I was surprised and felt disrespected to hear her manager say “speak to me for what” before saying “just give it to them”. I can see why the young lady had an attitude with a manager like that. I hope they get this place back together . For now we will not be ordering again for some time. Second Pizza was great though and AMAZING...

When I say I'm a single Mama that don't need no Papa, I mean it. Years ago, Me, Mama, and my ex-Papa got along well but once he was quoted out of context using a word everything fell apart. Mama kicked him out and left him. His two friends named Better and Ingredients stopped calling. Papa's face was replaced with a basketball american. Mama wound up taking the whole business over and doing it her way. Single Mama needed some dough for hot dates so I made the pies smaller, made the dough worse, cut back on special deals, charged for ketchup and made sure the delivery fees went up to 50% the price of a $12.59 special large (medium) pizza pie. Mama had the website reprogrammed to ensure the fees and cost savings went directly into my brain which gave me the idea to fire the drivers and outsource to doordash. Now that Mama gets more of your pie, I can be a strong woman free of that evil word using Papa. 1 star for an app that works and 1 star for stress-free refund on a pizza that took 40 minutes just to put in...

Super great pizza. They even had it ready 10 minutes early. (Likely issues with the web app).....so now I took my 5 stars back. Walked in today, friday at 625pm (just in case anyone actually reads customer reviews) and there were maybe 10 employees inside..all folding boxes..and they had hundreds of boxes already folded. Was just coming into pick up a pizza that was already paid and was sitting on the rack. Took 2 people to get the cashier to help me. Then he looked all weird at the register and walked away...went to ask someone about the register but there were tons of people. Then they were saying they needed to find another cashier...I was literally the only customer in the store. Finally I was like..look, my pizza is free cause I used points. Can someone just hand it to me so I can go. The cashier had attitude but handed me the pizza. No wonder they are going downhill. POOR SERVICE. May need to look elsewhere for friendly service after I use the last...
