Wendy's — Restaurant in Orlando

On July 30, 2025 I went to Wendy's on orange blossom trail close to gore and purchase a regular chicken sandwich with fries and nuggets when I was about to get the food the barbeque sauce fell on the floor and the young lady pick it up and put it in the bag with the food I was asking her way she put the sauce that fell on the floor in the bag food she went and change the sauce I called another co-worker trying to explain to her what happened and she bring me a sandwich I didn't want that I need the fries and nuggets to replace, so and old lady about 64 years old very dark in complexion with slim built took the bag with sandwitch and went out of sight with it 10 seconds later she return with the food she said I changed the fries and nuggets so now I took the bag and went to sit and eat when I sat my partner rush back to get napkin and over heard her (the old lady) telling the staff members that she didn't change anything in the bag and they were dying with laughter, I stand up and look and she was telling another staff member who held on to her shoulder and was screaming with laughter. I later put the chicken nuggets and the remaining burger in the trash after leaving the the restaurant..... I will never eat from Wendy's again this is a zero rating this...

This manager was very nasty I'm here doing delivery service for doordash and she turned out the electricity and refused to turn it on I use the electricity to charge my phone and I order here every single day I work. Her refusing to turn on the electricity so I can charge the phone causes delay with delivery services for Wendy's because I'm assigned to this area to help do their delivery services and I'm unable to do so because I'm unable to charge the phone here at the establishment.she was very hostile and rude about the matter.my word wasn't good enough so she spoke in Spanish and I understand Spanish and the Spanish woman told her the same thing I told her that the electricity was turnt off.this manager needs to be retrained on her customer service and her approach to the public and her priorities when it comes down to delivery service. Went to get a strawberry Lemonade, I buy 2 at a time because they are so delish. But on today it was not to be! I ordered my usual 2strawberry lemonade 1 with lite ice and the other with NO ice, I started driving and drinking my strawberry lemonade. It tasted watered down! So I tasted the one with no ice. It taste watered down also...so here I go back to Wendy's to exchange them when the lady said that's the way it was made with an attitude. I said then it wasn't made right. I buy 2 every day ordered the same way. They are always good. Well not to day. I went to hand the lady my bank card, because that's how i paid...The lady said Honey I can't put your money back on your , I can only get you cash. With an attitude again!
