Orlando City Deli — Restaurant in Orlando

Went to try you for the 1st time after looking at the Instagram posts for over a year, made sure to arrive up to 15mins early because my sister & I were SO excited but unfortunately they didn’t open at 10am as they’re supposed to. Waited 20mins after the supposed 10am opening before deciding to leave. Very disappointing. 🤷🏻‍♀️….. in addition because I posted this review the owner wants to comment complaining that I went to Google with my review. Human or not, when you have a business with “Business Hours” it is there responsibility that the business is opened ON TIME regardless of any last minute situations. That’s why it’s a BUSINESS, you should always be prepared for this last minute things that occur. Not sure I’ll take time out of my day again to even try it at this point. In addition any NY Style Deli would be opened way before 10am on a Saturday anyway....

From the first call to the store it was a great experience, had a wonderful conversation with the owner being that they were closing at the moment he explained all the deals they have during the week, the home cooked meals that they make & sell. I was SOLD! Came in the week after to meet Mike & his wife & everything past my expectations! Everything was great from the Chopped cheese to Bacon Egg Cheese,there milkshakes! Anything on the menu is a Go! Haven’t been able to catch the hot meals & pathelos yet cause it’s always SOLD OUT by the time I get there but I’m sure it’s nothing but a hit! Great small location, Good Ny Spanish Food in the heart of orlando but Definitely not overlooked! Everyone needs to check this place out! I’ll definitely be back for more! Hope it continues to thrive for many...

The place is small sell spot tucked in the corner of obt. Owners were extremely welcoming and appreciative the travel we took to get there. Ordering was fairly easy and we waited roughly about 15 minutes for the freshly made chopped cheese. It was delicious! Thinly sliced but graciously spread on a warm soft loaf. The sauce was tangy and added the right flavors with the meat. Very filling! I ate half when I left and the other half before I went to bed. You can’t reheat everything!
