I had an incredibly unsettling encounter at this auto shop. Despite booking an appointment and arriving promptly, I was met with hostility and aggression from the owner. Despite confirming my appointment, I was informed that there were no available slots, and I can go ahead and cancel my Groupon voucher, the situation escalated quickly. The owner's demeanor was confrontational, and I was subjected to verbal abuse and even threats involving a gun. This behavior is utterly unacceptable and has left me feeling deeply concerned for my safety, and I had to leave after I tried to reason with him, but with no success. It's worth noting that many other reviews on Google echo my experience, yet the owner consistently denies servicing customers, and comment on the reviews with āI donāt recall servicing you!ā which I find dishonest. I drove to the location listed online because Iām new to Orlando and need a regular mechanic, just to get familiar with the area. I introduced myself the owner has horrible customer service, he said his name is owner then told me his name is Antonio. I asked him how long is the wait he said because I didnāt call ahead he doesnāt know. I remained calm and asked him how many cars are about to be serviced. His response was 3 & to come back in 1 hour and 30 minutes. Heās very hostile & doesnāt know anything about running a successful business in America. Iām not sure where heās from but he has no clue how to speak or understand English well & because of that I think thatās where his attitude & horrible customer service comes from. First off not only did they overprice me for the issue but they had my car for 2 WEEKS sitting there! I LOST OUT ON MONEY FROM MY JOB.
