Babe's Blue Room — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

Just passing through on my way north. Heard they had great food but after the Days Inn fiasco, I didn't get there in time for food. Took a long time to get a drink, I got one drink, gave the girl a $4.50 tip but couldn't taste the vodka when I ordered a double since they were closing so asked for an extra shot, ignored me, when I reminded her, she went to get it, told her to forget it and left my drink at the bar. Probably is a good place if you know some one and it was busy so maybe that was it. Whatever, won't be here to give it another chance as I'm leaving in the morning. Was just passing through. I am very picky about my HOT WINGS!! And a coworker told me about their wings and said to give it a try. I was very skeptical about it because I'm picky. I had a huge craving going on for EXTRA CRISPY, EXTRA WET, AND EXTRA HOT! AND ONLY FLATS.. and I can honestly say I was COMPLETELY SURPRISED AND HELLA HAPPY!! They got my order all the way right!! They also give u 12 wingz at a great price (cheaper than other wing stops) the wingz are not GUMMY NOR do u have to pluck the extra feathers off. So if you want some good ole hot wingz fried HARD give them a try.

Only negative thing I can say about the place is that they allow smoking in there and it's very bad😷 hopefully they can change that awful...

Had been a while since visiting Babe's, used to live right up the street from them and would order food from time to time, would almost always order the buffalo wings which are fantastic or the wrap which is also really good and in fact have yet to order something that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. I was out with a friend about a week ago and we decided to go by Babe's and get some food and ended up hanging out and playing pool while waiting for our food.
