Mother’s Day place an online order get to store they can’t find order. I show them screenshot receipt they say that doesn’t mean I was charged for it show them bank account where charge is pending speak with three different employees. Final older of the three tens me to pull up order on app he can’t touch my phone. I ask him how as I placed it as guest he doesn’t know proceed to show him where charge was pending he told me that doesn’t mean anything and that unless I hit I was there in app they don’t get order nor charge for it yet it clearly states charge pending on my checking account with date. Said there was nothing he can do I wasn’t charged and I explained yes pending means it’s taking from your account and why would I be debating trying to get the order o paid for he said well you would be surprised at the things people do to get free. I told him I wasn’t trying to pull anything funny stuff he looked at me and said well just yesterday so lady tried scamming them in front of all customers. Then he grabs my phone and tries finding order and someone else employee chimes in that my receipt number is only in the hundreds and they are in the thousands. Well after being humiliated another employee find my melted drink with an order number as the last three numbers and low and behold it was my order. I ask Josh if I could have the owners number and he said no i gave you managers number (The employee who humiliated me, claimed I could be scamming him, couldn’t touch my phone and did wasn’t even a manager). Read moreI come often, although I ask myself why every time. Ordered an ice coffee with cream and sugar, and politely asked that the sugar be melted with some hot coffee. They didn't do it. For some strange reason NOBODY seems to understand how unpleasant it is to take a big sip of pure, granulated sugar! EVERY time I come here I make the same request, and they NEVER do it. Sugar doesn't melt in cold drinks. They think they can out smart everyone by stirring it. Doesn't work! ALL dunkins need to have employees retrained to do it correctly!!!!! I shouldn't have to ask, it should be common sense, but at least when I do ask, humor me and do it. Also, I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese. They loaded it with so much that if I was in my car it would have oozed out the sides and made a total mess. I had to wipe a considerable amount off, including off of the top of the bagel where I picked it up. My expectations are not very high for fast food joints. That being said, a minuscule amount of effort to make it enjoyable goes a long way! I know they need to get people their food quickly and it's not going to look like it by a master Baker with all the time in the world. But there shouldn't be cream cheese on every surface of the bagel and all over the wrap they put it in. Some of the staff are also very unpleasant. The woman who normally takes out order, Vicki, is almost always in a bad mood. Once and a while she can be friendly, but most days acts like she would rather be anywhere but here. Read moreBesides once, I come here after working a long 12 hour shift overnight and have my dogs in two during their morning walk. We sit outside. Staff from day 1 made me and my pups feels so welcome. I was very satisfied and impressed while I watched the staff work. They were all on each other's side, working as a team. During the hours I am there, it's always a rush time and they are focused and communicating professionally with each other, as well as with the guests. For myself, they made sure that I found what I wanted and let me take my time as I tried to count my money 10 times (reacclimating after 12 years abroad) :) No matter how busy I tend to be more thoughtful and take a little more time to confirm I am getting the order right, but they never make me feel rushed, and always keep me feeling welcome. Such a hospitable place. They say they are short staff and I know that they are the ones that are taking the brunt of that, not the customers. I hope they are valued by their management and corporate, they deserve to be. Even when I am thinking not to walk the extra distance there in the morning, I keep in mind the friendly atmosphere and how good I feel when I leave, and how fresh everything is from the coffee to the sandwiches and it gets me over there every time.
