Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Ormond Beach

Nothing Bundt Cakes has amazing cakes. The flavors are superior and taste delicious. I was very excited to have one in Ormond. I live in port orange so when I was going to be in the area I knew I had to stop. I purchased a signature bundtinis, red velvet cake ,carrot cake, white chocolate rasberry, and confetti. The cakes were delicious however I was disappointed that I was unable to purchase the custom bundtinis. The lady taking my order said I could, but the other girl working said no we are closing in 40 mintues. She also seemed appalled by the fact I would even ask for them so close to closing time. I feel this should be posted somewhere that you need to be to the store by a certain time if you want the custom bundtinis. I was also not told that I could purchase a cupcake carrier bag for $3.99 and get 3 cupcakes and 1 for free. I came to this Ormond location on Granada as I received an email with an bogo offer for Bundlets and came to buy even more than the BOGO, they didn’t take my coupon saying not all locations participated which quite frankly is very disappointing specially when you could have made a bigger sale. The teens at the store have ZERO customer service experience and they were dismissive I walked out and one of them asked “So you are not going to buy anything?” As I had placed already the order for more than 2 bundletes, and I said back, no I’m giving my business to a place that cares. And walked out, thanks to this disappointing experience I found the most wonderful French Bakery a couple miles down Granada and made an even larger purchase. Today day was a very bad day for me because of your employee that was working on 11/18/25 at 4:30 pm a young girl with a ponytail. Myself and my Partner of 19 years love your cakes and buy them all the time with the light blue bag. Today we stopped at the cake store to fill up our bag. I had a empty Soda pop bottle I had been carring around because I could not find a trash can in your plaza. I asked the girl if she could toss it in the trash for me, she snapped at me with a mean look and said "We don't own a trash can". This was a bad move on her part.
