One word, ASSAULT. Corporate doesn't think this is an issue that needs to be addressed. I had multiple pizzas delivered on 08/20 and when they were delivered I asked if the man delivering the pizza would bring them inside to the table to set them all down. He started off very nice and polite and brought them back to the kitchen table with me. After he placed them on the table, he leaned in for a "side hug" that ended with a kiss on the cheek, then escalated to trying to KISS me on the lips. I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE! The majority of my guests were out by the pool except a couple friends in the living area that saw everything happen! As a FEMALE this is COMPLETELY unacceptable!!! THIS IS ASSAULT. I called this location immediately as I was so shaken up and upset. The female manager was very apologetic to me and did refund my order, and said there would be disciplinary action, but the fact that I haven't gotten a follow up call or call for corporate makes me upset. Just ordered 2 medium pizzas. 1 was very under cooked and lacked cheese. The 2nd was cooked properly but only had 1 topping when I ordered 3. I also ordered 2 drinks and the driver said he forgot them but would be right back with them. Here I sit almost an hour later with no drinks. I called the store and got a call center in India. 110% worthless and will not be ordering dominos for a very long time if ever in the future. I am so incredibly disappointed by the professionalism of this business. We ordered at 11:45 pm on New Year’s Eve, understandably a busy night. It is now 2am and we have not received our order or any communication on the status of our order. The store is closed and we have been unable to contact anyone regarding our order.
