Place never answers their phone when I call. I also have tried placing online orders for delivery, different times and different days for 2 months and my order never goes through online and says to call the store. Except I can't ever get through because their phone just rings and rings. No one ever picks up. And one time over a month ago, I did manage to place an order online, it took over 2hrs to get to my home (I am less than a mile and disabled so I can't just drive to get it either) even though the online tracker said it was finished 20 minutes after my order was placed. I tried calling the store multiple times only to never have it answered and we waited to see if our food was ever going to show. It did, like I said, almost 2hrs later. It's honestly ridiculous that any of this is happening. I've stopped trying to order from here. Can't ever order online or over the phone. And I do understand places get busy, but to never answer the phone or be able to place online order is just absurd. Idk how this place stays in business if my experience is...
Read moreI had placed an order 2 Saturdays ago and they did not put on a topping I added and paid for. Also it was a thin crust cut in slices and not squares. I called the next day to express my concern to have the order replaced or something for their mistake. It has been 1 week and still no decision and I have called 3 days in a row and even stopped in the restaurant to see what's taking so long. They stated they had to email the hire in command for a solution and that was on the following Monday and still no answers. I even went to the extreme as calling corporate only to find they are a franchise not a corporate. I know from working in the food industry that it's not that hard to fix a mistake or refund for the inconvenience. I thought the customer was always right so they say guess not when it comes to individuals who own a company. So you will never earn my business again soooo unprofessional even the staff inside seem confused and clearly didn't address the issues to the manager...
Read more6 months pregnant, and the first time I didn't feel like making dinner and ordering out, I made the mistake of using this Domino's. They took an hour to deliver, which is kinda long for how far away I live (not far), but I didn't mind that part as much as how they RIPPED ME OFF on a bottle of soda. The delivery driver, Sabrina, was super unprofessional. My boyfriend got the pizza from her and came in with no soda, not realizing and I was like, where's the soda. She didn't even tell him there was no Coca Cola apparently, he and I had to run back out and she was SUPER rude to him like WE messed up. She didn't deserve the tip I paid in advance and she is lucky she sped off before I could get to the vehicle after the way she spoke to my boyfriend. I had to run back out and get some kind of drink for us before I could eat. No one even called to ask if we'd like a substitute.
