Worst/slowest service I have ever had at the lake area. Ordered sandwiches online 25 minutes before arriving, waited an hour in total to finally get (2) 6 inch sandwiches. They acknowledged my arrival, yet there were customers who arrived while I was awaiting my sandwiches, ate their food, and left before my sandwiches were even started. At one point one took a quick break, and one checked their phone still without even making my sandwich. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and be patient but this was absolutely atrocious of a service. The online order system should be such an easy system to utilize yet these employees seemed incompetent. I know it’s stated time and time again but I am a local who genuinely enjoys subway every now and then but after 2 bad experiences within a couple months, I will not be returning to this location until management gets better help. Read moreTried to order online because we had a large order but it was telling me we had an error so we went into to store. Only one young lady working. She took care of the customers ahead of us then started our 8 footlongs and one wrap order. There were up to 10 other customers coming in as she was making our order several of which left after waiting for a while. She called a manager to try to get someone to come help her but was told no one was going to come. Our service was still very good. I must say the young lady did a fantastic job even under the circumstances she was put in. Will not be back. Cannot spend my money in a place that would put their employees in that dangerous situation of being alone in the store without support even when called!!!!!! Read moreI've eaten at alot of Subway's in quite a few cities. Ordering online makes for a pretty basic experience. I order, walk in, grab my food and then go home and eat. Joshua made this experience something different. Comments on my receipt. Put their name next to my "special instructions" so I knew they read it. The sandwich was made just perfectly. After I got to my car and verified that everything was in the bag and noticed the comments on my receipt, I went back inside to make sure I read their name correctly, he had the most genuine smile on his face. Simply top notch customer service. I can't explain how much this experience will influence my next visit to subway.
