I had terrible service with cricket. Actually I didn’t even get a chance to know if the service was terrible. But the support team, including the managers were just unbelievable. I don’t usually waste my time typing out a paragraph about a place but this is well deserved. So August 25 I ordered my cricket service through online, chatted online with a gentleman named Stewart who helped me approve that my order went through when I gave him my order number, was told “ your order is complete and thanks for joining cricket” so.. wait 24 hours for a confirmation email, 24 hours later I get a cancellation email instead. Email stated that I didn’t have the right address, so I call and speak with a MANAGER named Gabbie or Abbie ( whatever) and she is rude as can be because I’m upset that I got charged 120.00 and than was constantly told I couldn’t be helped in anyways besides to order again and hope it goes through... then I was told I would be hung up on if I continued to be rude. WOULDNT YOU BE RUDE?! So I get off the phone and get online where I placed my order, and I talked to a person named Dino J, he was rude! After everything I was told before he says “ do you have any other questions?” I said yes, than instantly he says “ we’ve tried everything we could to get you to understand your order was cancelled to do.. “oh wait, they don’t know!! So I called back to talk to someone about my terrible service, and this lady was able to tell why my order got cancelled but a manager couldn’t? So I was on the phone with her for 1hour and 3 minutes, she repetitively apologized and walked me through my order process again, and assured me that everything went through and to expect my phone by 7pm August 26th. Soo August 26th comes around and I haven’t gotten anything all day, not even a cancelation number, so I call... and I was told after everything that I was forreal this is what I was told.. “ I’m sorry miss but it seems you were lied to because we show no order was made at all”. WHAT?! This company has my cc information and they lied to me, and they’re constant response is that there is nothing I can get helped with but I can go to a cricket store and pay just 25$ more for activation.. so I wouldn’t ever suggest cricket to anybody ever, if anything don’t...
   Read moreToday we went to go get a phone had picked it out and we’re the only ones in the store ready to pay the man at the counter started the process and then as soon as another couple came in stoped helping us to help them! We were in a hurry because I had to be to work even though we were upset about him completely ignoring us in the middle of a sale to help someone else we waited patiently. We then asked if after ten minutes of him helping them if he could just finish our transaction real quick becuse we had our two kids and we’re in a hurry he told us no. I had to go to work so my husband asked him if he would just hold the phone and he could come back the guy said sorry, yeah go for it ! When he returned the guy was rude and said he wouldn’t do it without me there! And acted like that was just commen knowledge he even stated that wasn’t his fault we didn’t know that he couldn’t be added to my plan even though we asked if we could leave to drop me off at work… then my husband asked if he could just get the plan for himself and merge them later or just have a separate plan and he said it didn’t work that way! He also told us we couldn’t switch a number over … thankfully he was able to go to the Camdenton location and they spent hours helping him and saved him 200 dollars on a special they had going on that was never even told to us at the Osage beach store !    Read moreWent in to the Osage beach location to get info on phone plans. The gentleman that helped (i believe his name was Tyler) was a very knowledgeable and a super helpful employee. The next day we Ended up choosing a different carrier . Unfortunately they were out of cases for the phone i had purchased.. so remembering how helpful he was i decided to try that same store for a phone case. He not only helped me pick out a great case but he was knowledgeable about the type I ended up getting and helped me clean my phone screen and put the new case on. Which considering I didn't get my phone from that store that was stand up...
