I had a perfect five star rating for this store in Osage Beach mainly because of how well the manager had always handled business, until I called today and got some poor ignorant fool of an employee on the phone and also in October 2023 who would not allow me to speak to the manager for some really odd reason! He was acting like he wanted to be the important phone sales rep of the month or some thing so that it adds meaning to his otherwise lonely life by blocking customers from speaking with who he referred to as "His manager". I felt like i was dealing with a child in a young adults body!
I called looking to speak with the manager, who I considered to be on real friendly terms with but this other guy [who would not give his name on 11/27/23 @`12:30] would not put me on the phone with the manager again today. Normally I would not punish the store with such a low rating all because of one employee but this guy is blocking customers from conducting legitimate business they have with other specific individuals who work at this store. I would never do business with a company that had someone this ignorant working for them and will never get phone or internet from this company ever again. When I asked a 4th time to speak with the manager and he refused, I told him he was being ignorant so he hung up on me. When I called back he must have set the phone to go to a message machine that was full. The mere fact that they are able to do this and did do this in this legitimate instance of needing to do business should tell everyone what kind of customer service you will get all while you are forced to deal with childish employees like this. I returned my device on Sept 24th 2023 and am now getting emails from T-mobil saying that I never returned it. Luckily I had saved my receipt otherwise the ignorant phone sale employee and t-mobil surely would try and send it to collections and probably try to even destroy my credit over their internal problems and employee attitude's. Its a sad day for T-Mobil and all of its employees when one fool can make the whole franchise...
Read moreOn May 12,2021 my son went to the t-Mobile store in Osage Beach, MO. He was told that he could get a new 5G phone for free with a trade in. His only cost would be the taxes. He traded in his old phone which was a Samsung phone that he was told was eligible for trade in. He got the new Samsung, traded in his old phone. I was there and asked if I could trade in my iPhone 10 and get a new phone for free also. I was told to come back on the 14th of May when the new promotion would be in effect and I could get an iPhone 12 plus for $7 a month for 24 months after paying taxes. I went in on the 14th and asked Melinda ( same person form the 12th) if I could get the iPhone 12 plus for $7 per month as she had previously told me..She said yes. The district manager was there and Chris agreed I could..I traded in my iPhone 10 and got the iPhone 12 plus. My mistake was believing what Melinda and Chris told me. I paid the taxes and other items i got in addition. Signed the ticket without checking it..My sons free phone costs $30 something per month, mine costs $40 per month, my son did not get credit for turning in a phone. I have been a Sprint customer since 1995, 20 plus years.. I will not be for much longer My opinion is that Melinda and Chris both lied to me and my son.. I talked with the KC office about this after going through their screening process. I was told that Chris would be contacting me within the next few days. I still have not heard from him and it has been over a month..Today's date is July 23, 2021, apparently no-one in the organization follows through with...

Now for the why: We had 2 mobile numbers. From the local number, we used tmobile digits. We were missing calls from customers, unable to see any call log whatsoever, couldnt call anyone back, and dropped calls all the time. Thanks to Brandon D and Aaron's professional service and fortitude, we were able to finally delete Digits App (strongly advise to avoid that at allllll costs) and dual Sim-ed our current business device. And guess what? It paid off in less than 1 hour!!! Got a call on our (what used to be troublesome) 2nd number and sold a part and a jetski!!! So, thank you Brandon for taking the time to work the system and call out T mobile's terrible customer service phone reps and the Phillipine jokers who tried to scam us and committed fraud. Thank you Brandon D and Aaron, for dissuading us to pursue another carrier in our darkest hour. T Mobile should give you both significant raises, bonuses, and move you up within the company. At least you guys understood our peril and were available human employees who were willing to help unlike tmobile's 611.
And for anyone interested in Digits. DONT DO IT!!! waste of time and who knows how many deals we missed with that app. They want to tell you to reinstall the latest update then restart phone and blah blah blah... They haven't updated anything. Last update states July 15, 2022.
