Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Oswego Township

Regional Manager Daniel does not know how to treat customers. I was told my order would be out in less than 10 minutes so I went out to my car came back in and sat down knowing it probably wasn’t quite ready. Someone asked my number looked up my order and said it would be out next. Cool no problem. They went to hand me my order and I said that isn’t mine. So then he asks me my info again and then says they don’t have the order. At this point I’m a bit irritated as they told me twice now that it would be out next. Another person (3rd one) asks my info again and tells me it’s almost ready. Then ANOTHER comes over and is EXTREMELY rude asks me what’s your issue SIR, I try to tell him why I’m upset and he says why are you being aggressive?! Can’t you see we are busy?! I literally see my pizza behind him and I said can you make sure it has pineapple on the entire pizza as that doesn’t look like it does. He YELLS at me that’s not yours a lot of people order pineapple and then scoffed at me. Guess what it WAS mine but it was made incorrectly and at this point they REMAKE it but never did he say that’s what happened. He made it like I was in the wrong for being upset for wrong information and waiting there for 30 minutes. At one point I said my tracker even said it’s complete…again raising his voice at me he said well I told you it just went in the oven. I literally left in tears. The employees were kind and good with customers. Mistakes happened here…this is where customer service should have come into play. We live less then 1 mile from this Dominos and my kids love Dominos. BUT OVER AND OVER we keep getting such poor service and quality!!! I used to work for Dominos and Pizza Hut for many years but this place surpasses anything I have ever seen in fast service pizza. It is nothing close to fast service pizza from this location. Over and over they take the order and about 2 hours later we get it.....delivered cold!! I am the last one to complain... but this has become such a pattern. Tonight we ordered pizza online and when I called at 1.5 hrs later to check the order, I was told it would be delivered ward in 30 min. Mind you this has happened at least 5 times in the last 5 months.... nothing came within 30 min. When called again at 45 min later... was told it was going out the door hot and less then 5 min away I received pizza 30 min later COLD... which of course we expected based on past experience. After 2.5 hours we received cold pizzas that cost me over 25 dollars . My kids now say.. Oder long before we want to eat so we can get it when we are hungry.... and I can’t stand to spend that kind of money... that I have the microwave upon arrival. Like I said I managed a Dominos and a Pizza Hut for many years and can honestly say....the General Manager needs to be aware and look into this! We are not an exception, other people say the same thing from this location. We love Dominos but hate this waste of money. Ok sorry... but you all...

Ordered online for 2 medium pizzas, garlic pieces and cinnamon twist dessert. I had chosen curbside delivery and while waiting my order never updated and then disappeared from the tracker. I did go in to the store to pick up my order, which was ready (but the website never updated) - got home and realized they had mis-made one of our pizzas. I called the store and instead of offering to remake the pizza that I paid for I was offered a voucher for a cookie dessert thing? Not even the equivalent of the pizza I ordered. I asked very nicely if they could please just make the food that I ordered, and was asked to bring in the wrong pizza. When I showed up with their error'd pizza (which, why not just let someone keep a pizza If I'm having to come back, wasting my gas, time and now my other food getting cold?) They put it on a shelf instead of trashing it right away, which I would hope they do not knowing if someone touched it when checking their order? Weird. But I returned The pizza and was given the correct order. Unfortunately I wasted over 30 minutes of my time, gas and had hungry kids waiting for food that was made incorrectly.
