Honestly the best smoke shop in the entire naperville area ive been to possibly every smoke shop within 45 minutes of my home and a ton in chicago. This place is worth the 35 minute drive for me every time the owner is a great guy always trying to give you good deals with quality products. i have known this establishment and the owner for around 5 years total only one time i have had a issue with a product THAT WAS NOT THE OWNERS FAULT many people have bad idea that the owner of the store is why the product is bad but it could have been damaged in transit or any number of things. The owner did a phenomenal job at giving me a good deal for the issue at hand if there is any problems you might have with a product in the store PLEASE just tell them about it they are extremely nice reasonable people that are very willing to help you out. Kid working the counter blatantly ignored me and started helping his friend check out even though I was at the counter first. And than started taking about weed prices to his friend. Never going back and it's the closest store to my house and now I'm gonna find a new one. Then when I confronted him about it he flat out lied to my face. I set my stuff down and commented on the curious George grinder to my husband behind me that justed paid. And then this guy sets his stuff down on the counter as he is talking to the sells guy. Completley ignoring the fact that I'm right there.

Husband went back to pay because we realized it didnt come off the card and there was miscommunication. The other customer is a regular and and is one of those customers. And he was trying to get him out. I'm glad the he apologized. And I'm sorry I blew up. I just kept getting disrespected all day with my height...

This place has the BEST selection in my area. I've been coming here for a year now and the employees have always been super nice to me. Anytime I want something that I know they stock, I go to them over any other tobacco store. Next time you have the desire/need to go to a tobacco/head shop, I would 10/10 would recommend that you check this place out. Here are my pros and cons... Pros: They have tons of parking, it's near everything, the prices are great, the shop is clean and they have things I have never seen at any shops that I've visited in this area.
