The young lady in the Drive-Thru I thought was exceptional until I got home and part of my order was missing and tacos were made wrong. I had to drive back home and then drive back to the restaurant where I argued with the assistant manager in charge for 20 minutes told her I wanted my food remade because it was cold and she told me that she could only comp what was the wrong product was . I told her I knew that and I didn't want it all freed off I just wanted new food. She told me if I wanted all my food comped once again she would have to call her boss I told her six times or more to go ahead and call her because I wanted to talk to her. She refused to do so and continued and commped off on my food order and after that she wouldn't give me a receipt she only gave me a copy also if she was commping my food then she did not put the total price back on to my credit card. somebody needs to replace this person or give her a new attitude in customer service!! I Will be contacting the manager and the owner on my own tomorrow to try to get all this...

Went here today and a girl named Elizabeth was working and she was very rude cussed us out and even hung up on us twice when we asked her simple questions we have the recording of her doing so don’t order here they give such attitude and are rude and unprofessional and on top of the if you try and have them correct your order they tell you your in the wrong. we ordered 30 dollars worth of food and it was soggy and gross. and on top of that we had to go through the drive through because they kept forgetting items. when we called back later to call them again to tell them they messed up our order again the woman named Elizabeth was cussing us out and being very rude. she kept hanging up instead of resolving the situation and saying we were in the wrong saying there was nothing wrong with the food. she wont let us talk to the manager or anything just keeps hanging up. she needs to be fired for the lack of customer service she has. this was a horrible experience and our food was gross beyond belief.
