I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A, and my experience was made truly remarkable thanks to the exceptional service provided by one of their employees, Drew. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Drew was dedicated to delivering the kind of top-notch service that Chick-fil-A is known for, and I felt compelled to share just how much of an impact he made on my visit.
As soon as I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by Drew with a warm and genuine smile. His welcoming demeanor immediately made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. It’s one thing to be greeted at the door, but Drew’s approach was different — he was sincere and made it clear that he was there to ensure my experience was nothing short of excellent.
When it came time to place my order, Drew was incredibly attentive and patient. He took the time to listen to my preferences, answered all of my questions with ease, and even offered helpful suggestions when I was unsure about what to choose. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his enthusiasm for the food was contagious. I never felt rushed, even though the restaurant was busy, which speaks volumes about his dedication to providing quality service.
Drew's attention to detail continued as he prepared my order. He made sure that everything was accurate and carefully packed, even going out of his way to double-check special requests to ensure that everything was just right. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his work, and it showed in the way he handled my order with care.
What really stood out to me was Drew’s commitment to making my dining experience as enjoyable as possible. After delivering my order to the table, he checked in to see if everything was to my satisfaction and offered to refill my drink. He was genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with my meal, and his proactive approach made me feel like more than just another customer passing through.
Drew's positive attitude and genuine care for the customers set him apart. He embodies the kind of service that Chick-fil-A is famous for — where every customer interaction feels personal and every detail is handled with care. It's rare to encounter someone who not only does their job well but goes above and beyond to ensure that each guest leaves with a smile.
In a world where customer service often feels impersonal, Drew’s exceptional service was a refreshing reminder of what great hospitality looks like. His dedication to his work and his customers left a lasting impression on me, and I am grateful for the outstanding experience he provided.
In conclusion, my visit to Chick-fil-A was made memorable by the outstanding service I received from Drew. He exemplified everything that makes Chick-fil-A a standout in the fast-food industry — great food, served with a smile, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Drew, thank you for making my visit so enjoyable — you’ve earned a loyal customer who will be looking forward to...

First off, let me start by saying, I've been a consumer of this restaurant for a very long time. I love how chic-fil-A treats their customers, and I enjoy utilizing my rewards. But in this experience, I felt offended and discriminated against.
I come in the store, in my work clothes, with sun glasses on. Typically on any other day chic-fi-la members are very courteous and kind, they always ask "Hi sir, how are you doing today?", but in this case, the manager who was my cashier, just looked at me and asked me, "dine-in or carry-out?".
I told her carry out, and I redeemed a 5ct nugget that was gifted to me by this location for being a longstanding customer. With that being said, I also wanted to redeem a small fry and a sunjoy. I have over 4,000 points inside the app, so I figured I might as well use them.
After redeeming the first 2 items, (5 CT nugget & small fry) She goes, "Wow, you got yourself a whole meal their buddy..." I'm over 30 years old...
I tried to also redeem a reward for the regular sunjoy. It didn't go through, so she asked me to try again. It didn't go through a second time, this is when she told me, "you can only redeem 2 rewards a day, I'm sorry. (Which was absolutely okay) but what wasn't okay was, shortly after she said, 'I'm sorry", she then proceeded to ask me "Do you have money to even pay for the sunjoy?"🤔
Melissa (one of the leads/manager's of this store) why she would ask me, "if I even had money to pay for my food" it was unnecessary and unexpected.
She didn't have to ask me if I had money to pay for the sunjoy, like obviously I do, but I felt discriminated against. I truly feel like she asked me that because I'm a young black male, who in her perspective; may look like I don't have money to pay for my food since I redeemed rewards and points, let alone a drink? Really weird she would ask me that, I've been eating chic-fi- la for over 15yrs, and I can honestly say this is the first time that this has ever...
Read moreThis location used to be great. I’m not sure what happened. The line was extremely long and from my experience in the past, it always moves fast, but tonight I waited in line for about 30 minutes. I ordered 2 large shakes and a large cup of vanilla ice cream. When I finally got to the window they told me they only do small. I told them I’ve gotten large before. They said the haven’t done larges in about a year and a half. I asked if they could just used a fountain cup that is larger and they said they only do small. It basically was just argumentative back and forth and they weren’t willing to give me what I asked for. When I ordered at the screen and said larges, no one told me they didn’t do large. After asking for a manger and going back and forth with him, he decided to give me another small shake. Why not just put them in a bigger cup and add a little more? Then there would have been a happy customer a lot sooner! The line was held up even longer by this ridiculousness. They were unpleasant and not willing to do the right thing for the customer in the first place. It didn’t seem like the same Chick-fil-A it used to be. And then once I got to my destination I realized I didn’t get straws or a spoon. Photo is a picture of the small vanilla cup of ice cream (that was supposed to be a large) I ordered for my mom. It was about the size of a kiddie cup you might get at other places and took her about 2 bites to finish.
Also- When I realized how long the line was taking I thought maybe it could be a staffing issue, but there appeared to be swarms of employees inside when I pulled up...
