I made my first visit to Redrock Canyon Grill on Saturday, November 26 2022 at about 3PM. A group of my extended family, about twenty of us, were there for an early dinner. A reservation had been made and there was no delay in being seated. Our waiter arrived quickly to begin taking orders. I guess Redrock is known for its rotisserie chicken and we had been seated on their enclosed patio area so we could actually see the chicken on the giant rotisserie. The menu has a good selection. With twenty of us, a lot of the menu items were ordered. After considering the ribs, the pork chops, the salmon and the 'chicken fried chicken', I opted for the rotisserie chicken. The rotisserie chicken was half a chicken served with mashed potatoes and carrots. Substitutions are allowed. The facility functions as a sports bar, a hangout for friends or if you get the patio, a great date spot. The modern decor is my style. Waitstaff was helpful but seemed a little overwhelmed. Service was quick and orders were correct. The rotisserie chicken was quite tasty though a little less moist than I expected and than I would have preferred. The mashed potatoes and carrots were perfect. I washed it all down with a glass of pink lemonade. The lemonade was not too sweet as is usually the case at most restaurants. Though I am usually a dessert person, I skipped dessert. Pricing was a little on the expensive side but not terrible. Food, service and restaurant location was good. I would eat there again and plan to. There were so many other menu items that I would like to try. I would recommend Redrock Canyon Grill without hesitation.

I was able to enjoy dinner here on a school night (they close at 9 on weekdays). I sat at the bar and was served by a very sharp bar tender, Sarah (unless it's Sara). She was attentive, personable, knew the menu, the staff and her customers. What did I order you may be wondering. Well after getting my drink, the Smoky Old Fashioned, I left my food selections up to Sarah. She didn't disappoint!! Main course: Chicken Fried Chicken (I didn't get to take a picture before I inhaled it all). The chicken was tender and juicy, the gravy was portioned well (just the right amount) and paired with the mashed red potatoes carrots. Dessert: Pineapple upside down cake (see the picture with the remaining Smoky Old Fashioned behind it). It was so good I ate it all (by myself). It was served perfectly warm melting the ice cream!!! I joined the clean your plate club on both of these dishes last night.

My coworkers and I (11) went to dinner here. The server, Guinever, was sweet and tried to be funny, so definitely ask for her. My coworker sitting next to me was teasing be about how I couldn't make a quick enough decision about dessert and my wine choice, so that's why poor Guinevere forgot to bring me my wine, and my dessert. 🤣 I did receive my wine promptly but after my coworkers received their desserts and she checked back with me, I told her not to bring me my dessert, the brownie. OMG, that thing was HUGE. It could've fed an Army!! I ordered their shrimp, and after all my coworkers had some calamari, I got to take off with it and my shrimp for leftovers. OMG, they're were both DELICIOUS the next day! I highly recommend this restaurant. The next time I'm in Kansas City and would like to see a menu with various items, as they had, I will definitely return.

Redrock Canyon Grill is an absolute gem when it comes to dining experiences, and my recent visit for lunch with my work colleagues reaffirmed this belief. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and an inviting ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable meal.

As a fan of ribs, I decided to order the full rack of pork ribs, and let me tell you, it was a sublime experience for my taste buds. The ribs were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with a smoky flavor that made each bite a delightful journey. The accompanying sweet carrots added a refreshing touch of sweetness, while the creamy mash potatoes were the perfect complement to the rich flavors of the ribs.

The service at Redrock Canyon Grill was exceptional throughout our visit. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of outstanding. Our drinks were promptly refilled, and our server was more than happy to answer any questions we had about the menu.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was another highlight. The rustic decor, combined with the soft lighting and comfortable seating, created a relaxed and enjoyable environment for our lunch gathering. The overall vibe was cozy and inviting, making it easy for us to engage in lively conversations while savoring our delectable meals.

Redrock Canyon Grill is a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. With its delectable menu, exceptional service, and inviting atmosphere, it has certainly become one of my top recommendations for lunch or...

On Saturday, my family and myself were seeking out a nice lunch spot on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Granted I have a bigger family than most. There was a total of 14 of us in our party. Not the biggest but still large. We went into Redrock Canyon and mentioned there was 14 of us. The hostess asked if we had a reservation, which we didn't. But nowhere does it mentioned needing a reservation. The hostess proceeded to go get her manager, which someone did come out. The manager on shift then proceeded to tell us the areas in which they normally use for big parties was currently occupied. My family and I knew it would likely be a bit of a wait but that didn't bother us, we're used to it. Their patio was pretty busy but inside the restaurant was pretty empty. I proceeded to ask if we could just sit at separate tables but next to each other, we didn't mind. The manager told us that it wasn't a possibility. I was taken aback and confused. I've never been told that. We would have been separated a couple different ways anyways for the check. So I didn't see the difference of it being separate parties or not. This bothered my husband and he asked the manager "So should we go somewhere else or what?" We were told yes. They weren't able to accommodate us. I was so surprised to hear that. To take my business elsewhere. I've never eaten at this restaurant and I never will. Their customer service was terrible, they were rude, and did not even give us the option to wait. They didn't want us to be there. I will never go back to try this place and will warn off anyone I know who tries...
