We were unable to dine here on our first and last visit. There was maybe 5 patrons there at the time we stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. There were 2 or 3 employees walking around but no one greeted us, we finally took a table in the bar area and waited several minutes before someone brought a menu, utensils and water. They said someone would be with us shortly to take our order. We waited almost 10 more minutes and still no one came by. Literally the employees were in and out of the back room behind the bar, they could see us. There was only one other table of people in this same are and they were well attended to. We finally left and went elsewhere for lunch. I don’t understand the problem but nothing has changed even though it’s a different name and ownership. Also this place still smells like raw sewage inside and outside in the parking lot - it has smelled like that since it was...
Read moreThe wife and I were very happy with our first experience at this new Conroy’s. They’ve done an amazing job transforming this old church into an authentic feeling Irish pub, very reminiscent of when it was a Llywelyn’s. We will definitely be back for another round (speaking of which I highly recommend the Kilkenny on tap). We’ve been trying to find a place to be our haunt and I’m hopeful this will fit the bill. The only disappointment was to discover they put raisins in their bread pudding. A very slight mark on an otherwise stellar experience. Bravo,...

It's not exactly the same, but Conroy's was able to revive much of the charm. If only the green Christmas lights on the exterior could return.
We tried the Deviled eggs, which were mind blowing, and a solid Reuben. I looks forward to coming back for more "Irish" staples. My Guinness pour was the best I've had since visiting Ireland, and $7 is not bad by US standards.
My only complaint, and a lot of this is coming from memories of Llywelyn's, is that they don't have a very extensive Beer list. Just the usual Irish assortment, and a couple...
