By far the greatest coffee experience Iā€™ve ever had. These girls made my day. I have had a really rough week. Cried 3 of the 5 days. Today Friday morning was terrible. I stopped to get gas and my kids went in QT and got drinks for themselves. I went to treat myself to coffee. My 3rd time at this location and Lilly and Maddy were the most pleasant. I tried the caramel pumpkin brĆ»lĆ©e and I got the biggest one I could get. Lilly helped me with using the app so I could get my pointsā€¦ but she did something even better. She said your drink is on me. Maddy was all smiles. Pleasant as can be. I left them a tip. I thanked her over and over again. Go visit these girls they are by far the best.

Iā€™ve been a huge fan of Dutch bros for years since I had it for the first time in Washington. Iā€™m glad we finally have a Dutch Bros in Overland Park! This location for being so new is fantastic. Staff was super friendly and drinks were made very quick. The manager at this location was very nice and recommended some new drinks to try as well. This will be my new go to for coffees in the morning.

I had dutch broā€™s for the first time two years ago and Iā€™ve been hooked since the first sip. The price point compared to other coffee chains is amazing, the locations are always clean and well kept and the staff is always so happy. The customer service is top notch and the new metcalf location has made it convenient for me to actually become a regular. The guy that (I believe) is running it is ALWAYS in a happy mood when we catch him, the staff is ALWAYS kind and personable. I just cannot rave enough. Iā€™ve already been once today and need to go back to get gift cards for teacher appreciation! I try to turn everyone on to Dutch broā€™s because of the quality of the product and service. 10/10!!!!!

Iā€™m posting this review everywhere I can but I hope it reaches someone that can truly highlight the metcalf location in Overland...

We visited from Michigan so never had Dutch Bros but heard tons about it. Our drinks were so good (I had sugar free golden eagle) we had to go back the second day of our trip! All the baristas were so nice and happy to be there, I canā€™t recommend this location enough. Weā€™ll be so sad to go back to Michigan with no Dutch Bros!
