Update 2/16/22...0 stars
I have been going to this Taco Bell location for over 30 years, but I have to say...This. Place. Is. Clueless
I drove up right away to place my order. As I was giving my order a group of 5 high schoolers were walking in and there were 4 cars ahead of me. I had to wait about 60 seconds for someone to greet me and take my order. Once finished, about 3 minutes later a car left and we pulled ahead. 5 minutes later the people who had walked in have gotten their food and sat down. Another 10 minutes later and my car has not moved. I see movement inside, but not enough to give me hope that our food would be ready anytime in the near future. Top that with a screaming toddler and being hungry this was feeling like an eternity...which for fast food 15 minutes really is. So at this point I got out of my car and went inside to talk with an employee. That was fruitless. I asked the employee how much longer the wait would be because we had been waiting for so long. No empathy, just the response of "uh, I, uh, dunno". No apology or anything, just cluelessness. As I was looking into the kitchen it was filthy. A girl carrying a bag of lettuce that was pouring onto the floor, a group of other employees laughing, and another group arguing. It was at this point I lost my appetite. I told the employee to cancel my order, he didn't care, so I didn't detail to him what I had ordered and left. I got back in the car and drove out of line, thankful I didn't pay...I feel bad for the poor soul who had already paid and was held hostage at the window. As I was leaving I heard several cars behind me begin to honk their horns and as we turned the corner we saw some employees talking outside. Leaving Taco Bell was the best decision I had made all day...and I made some really good decisions today.
Needless to say, it is going to take more than a Taco Bell craving to get me to go back there. And from the looks of it I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
Hopeful, yet realistic, of Taco Bell actually reading this one review...but if they do please know I love Taco Bell which is why I have provided this review. I am calling out Taco Bell to make a change to do better because I know they can do better. Oh, and please bring back the Double Decker Taco and Mexican Pizza please.
2021 This location is good. For Taco Bell in general I wish the Double Decker and Mexican Pizza were...
Read moreTaco Bell never fails to impress me with their incredible tacos. On my recent visit, I ordered their signature three tacos, and oh boy, they were a delight for my taste buds! The first thing that caught my attention was the generous amount of cheese they topped each taco with. The gooey, melted cheese added a creamy richness that perfectly complemented the other flavors.
Speaking of flavors, the meat in these tacos was outstanding. It was juicy, well-seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. Each bite was a burst of savory goodness that left me craving for more. The combination of the cheese and the meat was simply heavenly.
But what truly made these tacos stand out was the satisfying crunch. The shells were perfectly crispy, adding a delightful texture to every mouthful. It was as if they were freshly made, ensuring that each bite was a crunchy delight.
Moreover, I appreciated how neatly the tacos were wrapped. They were tightly secured, preventing any potential mess while enjoying my meal. It allowed me to savor every aspect of the taco without worrying about it falling apart.
In conclusion, Taco Bell's three tacos left me thoroughly impressed. The abundance of cheese, the flavor-packed meat, the satisfying crunch, and the perfectly wrapped goodness made for an unforgettable dining experience. If you're a taco lover like me, I highly recommend...
Read moreI order from the app and pick up here on the regular, so everybody knows my name and all my weird customized items are correct every time. This great, central location gets absolutely slammed with both drive-thru and delivery orders at high-traffic moments (lunch break, after work, late night when everything else closes,) but between those rushes it's always fast and easy.
Shoutout to the cashiers, ever upbeat and attentive even when the shift looks exhausting, with a special note to Marla who makes me feel like I'm a favorite neighbor. I can always trust I'll be taken care of. The one evening I had a problem receiving my order, I stated my concerns in the online from and received a call back from a manager the following day where everything was resolved.
Plus all the good stuff people say about Taco Bell in general: The app's got amazing deals, the food is tasty and filling, and there's a fun mix-and-match selection of new stuff to try. Every step I've seen the brand take over the past twenty years feels like a step up.
Good work, gang. See...
