Panera Bread — Restaurant in Overland Park

Did a pick up order at the drive thru. Got there and was told to pull to the front because the food wasn’t ready which i get and understood. Then i sat and waited 20 minutes with still no food. I went inside and everyone seemed to be confused about my order. The manager came up to me and asked what my order was. He found my order at the drive thru counter and was like why didn’t you come to the drive thru?? I told him i did and the person who was there told me to pull through the front of the store. First time coming here, stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order. No one ever came even though you could see the workers looking at us. Finally just used the computer to order. Food was ok. Gave it one more chance, same experience. Except this time, I not only placed my order, I helped an elderly couple place theirs because they didn’t know what to do. We all decided not to come back to this location. And while we were eating two more customers just left and one hit the computer in frustration. We've ordered from here 6 or 7 times. They might have given us the correct order 1 or 2 times during that stretch. From forgetting multiple parts of meals to forgetting to give us the entire large bag for the second part of our order, it is clear that there is absolutely no cross checking what goes in the bag or what gets handed to you when you order from this location. The last time, I had to tell them that they forgot two of the side dishes, but unfortunately didn't realize until I got home that they also forgot an entire order of soup.
