Subway — Restaurant in Overland Park

I like Subways but this one is a little weird. The food is Subway. The location is weird, the building entrance is weird. How hard is it for the manager to hire help that DON'T mumble? Its not that hard to open your mouth all the way and speak. College Blvd is where Johnson County professionals are and when the professionals ask a simple question, we want an answer we can hear and understand. Also, maybe the manager would like to know that the help is always looking at their cellphone rather than focusing on say the......CUSTOMER. The only reason I am really writing this is I ordered 2 cookies with my sandwich and drink and thought the guy put the cookies in the bag with the sandwich but got back to work to find....NO COOKIES. I hate that. And I walked there, crossing antioch during lunchtime to burn off the calories, so I could treat myself to a cookie. Curse you mumbling Subway sandwich maker and...

Store is permanently closed as far as I can tell. Nice location, inconsistent staff. Online ordering never "worked". Even if no customers in store, they hadn't started order until I got in the store. End of December 2019 I ordered online and went to pick it up and the store is now permanently closed as far as I can tell (see pic), yet they charged my card. Gmaps says temporarily closed now, but store locator not showing it at all on subway site. When I submitted to corporate customer service to try to get a refund, they told me I'm SOL and need to contact the franchisee. Not sure how to do that when the store is closed. Walked in and started ordering my sandwich, the guy working interrupted me and said “I’ll pay for your sandwich if you let me use your phone I left mine at home but I need to find out if my friend is actually dead” I said no. He continued to make my sandwich and then when I was done ordering he asked for a lighter, I once again said no.
