I have an amazing story about this location! A recent surgery left my friend sick and stuck at home. In talking to her she mentioned that all she felt like eating was the cheesy broccoli soup from Panera. Its her favorite! I of course wanted to go out and get her a bowl. However I was in Utah at the time.
Knowing that Panera usually doesn't do deliveries I called this store and asked if I could speak to a manager in hopes that an exception could be made. Once I had explained that I needed a Christmas miracle in the form of a hot home delivered soup the manager Brooke was 100% on board. She told me that a catering delivery was going out in a couple of hours and she would be more than willing to put my order on the truck free of charge! I was so happy get such support and help.
The soup was delivered with a personal hand written note written by Brooke on my behalf. My friend was so surprised! She said that it made her cry and made her week! I didn't put my name on the note but somehow she knew it was me. Once again I am amazed at how the manager and staff literally went the extra mile or two to make sure that my friend was taken care of!

Today, 8/27, in the morning, there was a short hair lady, with a pink shirt, that was so rude with the customers. She doesn’t look at anyone. She doesn’t smile, she barely answers a question. When she does, she replies very quietly and to the minimum like you are bothering her with your questions. She also knew I was waiting for my order for a long time at the waiting area, and she put my to go order at the cashier balcony without letting me know. So another employee came and asked me if by any chance I was waiting for the order that was by the cashier. She is probably having a very bad day and is discounting on everyone. Read moreThis is the worst Panera I’ve ever been to. It used to be good, it over the past two years it’s been in rapid decline. It is always dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, and the service is terrible. I pre-ordered, showed up to pick up, waited an additional 30 minutes, and finally asked for a refund. There was no communication from the staff and many people waiting. The e-board showing order status showed “We’re Preparing” for everyone there, yes no orders were coming out. There were three workers in staff at 1:30 on a Sunday, and no one was hurrying even though 10+ customers were waiting. All three were wandering around in circles.
