Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Overland Park

I love scooters. I've been going to scooters for a while. Sometime in the past several months, this particular Scooters has absolutely gone downhill. Every time I get a matcha its clumpy with almost no flavor at all. Our drinks are routinely wrong or made poorly. I even submitted a complaint a while back because they were only mixing the matcha with water and no milk. Management was prompt to contact me and promised to fix the issue. My matcha was right for a bit, then went back to gross within a week. But if I go just over to belton, it's a night and day experience because our order is always perfectly as it should be.

I give this location a 3 star only because I understand that there are growing pains but I’ve been to this location a hand full of times and there seems to always be something wrong. I told the lady what I wanted 3 times. She said she’d have to go and see if they have any sandwich’s left, then came back and asked what I wanted again. I told her what I had wanted and I made sure I said no egg on it please. I get to the window and she says you want egg, right? I said no I don’t. Scooters is my favorite coffee chain, hands down. But this particular branch is so hot and cold. Went on a Monday at 2, and both drinks were wrong (one was wrong size and the other was ordered no whip). That's not a big deal, once. But this is the 3rd time in a couple months.
