I’m rarely amazed by anything these days, but I am absolutely amazed that this sonic can take a mobile order with customizations to the order, take 15 minutes or more to get it out, And somehow still make it stale and room temperature.
I waited in the parking lot at the stall at a moderately busy restaurant for about 15 minutes for an order with modifications to the sandwich. With the sandwich and the corndog came out they were almost as cold as the slushy. Either they never made the modifications, or they looked into the future and saw what I was going to order so that they could make it and leave it on the counter until it was cold.
When I called, because their app is hot garbage for trying to make a complaint, they attempted to offer me a five dollar voucher and an ice cream cone, as if that would somehow make up for the nearly $17 order. After putting me on hold four different times, they finally got that corrected, but I don’t know that I’ll ever be back to this restaurant. Maybe I’ll stop in again sometime to see if future me has ordered anything else that’s sitting cold on...
Read moreI don't know who is working tonight but they were really rude. I went to stall 6 and pressed the button. A man pulls up to stall 4, they press the button. My button stops blinking. Just red for about five minutes. Nothing is said. Then the man next to me, they ask him what he wants. He was a GrubHub driver and they bring his order out to him. And my screen tells me to press the button again. So I press again. Wait another ten minutes. It stops blinking. Just red nothing said. I at that point of course thought that it wasn't working. I go to stall 21. Press the button. Wait 8 minutes. The button stops blinking and is red for a good four or five minutes, I say hello and someone on the other end says, yes, please hold. 12 minutes I say hello again. She comes back saying. Yes, hold please. 14 minutes then the screen tells me to press the button again. I just left after that. It was just a really weird experience. Whoever is working today should not have a job anywhere....

This time, my husband stopped by to get us food and my large fry was not in the bag. Not a big deal. I still had the managers phone # from the last time, so i called and asked for Nate. Nate said I could come back up with my food and receipt and they would fix the order. Well, we ate the food already and we didnt have the time to go back up there. I asked if he could just put my name down and we could just get a large fry. Well, he said No, we try to avoid that. So you are telling me that you mess up my order and you want me to drive back up there right now? Get it together already. If i pay money for something, it is your duty to give me what i paid for. And if i cant come up there now, then YOU make YOUR mistake right when I have time to come...
