Taco Bell — Restaurant in Overland Park

This place used to be the absolute worst taco bell I had ever been to. It was so bad, I literally stopped going to it and drove an extra 10 minutes to the next closest one. A few weeks ago, they got new management and this place has turned a 180! The new GM was extremely friendly and you can tell he loves his job. Got a friendly greeting at the speaker in the drive thru, he said "what can I get you to suit your pleasure this evening?" (used to take 15 minutes for anyone to even start taking my order and I used to have to honk to get someone's attention that I had been sitting there forever waiting to order). I got to the window and my food was ready and looked like it had actually been made with care (before, they slapped it together then let it sit forever to get cold before even greeting you at the window).

I asked the manager at the window if the place was under new management, and he said yes, he was the new GM. I told him he had really turned the place around, and he said "yeah...there used to be some serious shenanigans going on here..."

Placed an order online. Received the text that the order would be ready in 10 minutes and food is ready at the same time. Food was done 10 minutes early, so by the time we got home the food was cold. The burritos were thrown together and fell apart while eating. Potatoes in the Fiesta Potatoes were hard. Tacos were half full. Mexican pizza not cut and also barely had anything on top or in the center. NO customers in the drive thru and one customer leaving when I got there. So store was NOT busy. The guy at the counter was nice enough. Acknowledged me when I walked in and nice when he came to the counter. Tried this location again, and disappointed once again. Will never be back. Half full hard tacos again. Soft tacos were suppose to be supremes and were not. The steak quesadilla was a quarter full. LIke eating a dry shell. Went there today to get the decades items. Ordered through the app. Got to the window and the lady opened up while hollering something in spanish to the back handed us the drink and closed the window. Said nothing and had zero customer service skills. We wanted to add a drink on and couldnt even ask her because she acted like we didnt exist. Finally she came with our food. Handed it and we asked if we could add a drink on. She said loudly no big line. There were 2 people behind us. The way she said it was with extreme rudeness. The food tasted good, HOWEVER the amount of meat on my cool ranch taco was minimal. It was 80% lettuce. Like 12 strands of cheese and a very thin line of taco meat. Very disappointing. My regular taco was soggy and stuck to the paper as if it was made earlier and sat there until it...
