Dear Subway Team,
I’m writing to share my recent experience at one of your locations in Overland Park, Kansas. I purchased two foot-long sandwiches as part of a BOGO offer through your app—one Veggie Delite and one Rotisserie-Style Chicken. I made sure to clearly specify the ingredients and quantities for each sandwich.
Unfortunately, when I got home and unwrapped them, I was extremely disappointed. The chicken sandwich had barely a few pieces of meat—just enough to call it chicken in name only—and the Veggie Delite lacked many of the toppings I had requested. Both sandwiches felt sparse and unsatisfying, as if the main ingredients were missing, leaving me feeling like I was just eating bread.
This isn’t the standard I’ve come to expect. I’ve been a loyal Subway customer since 2005, especially relying on your food while traveling. But lately, I’ve noticed a concerning drop in quality—not just with portion sizes, but also with the freshness of ingredients. In some cases, the vegetables appeared substandard or slightly spoiled, which is frankly unacceptable.
I’m left wondering: Are the portion sizes intentionally reduced when a coupon or offer is applied through the app? If so, it’s incredibly disheartening for long-time customers who expect consistent value and quality regardless of discounts.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and look into the quality control and portioning practices at this location. I still believe in the brand, but experiences like this make it difficult to return with the same trust.
P.S. I’m sharing this feedback here because I couldn’t find an option to submit it through your app or the official website. If that feature has been removed—or never existed—it’s honestly disappointing. Feedback is a vital part of improving customer experience, and the lack of an accessible channel feels like a barrier,...
Read moreWe ordered two foot longs There is barely any meat in there and all toppings are very thin see through thin and the bread has more air than actual bread it soaked and looked like a damp paper towel in just 3 to 4 min after adding sauce and there was very little sauce in there. BTW Some people are wondering these low portions are because they are apply coupons…NO we did not use any coupons still the portion size is utterly low. Iam sure one person need a whole foot long and still may end up being hungry like me Iam not a overeater This is completely ridiculous Iam paying 13.50 for a foot long and go back hungry I don’t know if it’s the same with all locations but here I would...
Read moreWent to this Subway in November 19, 2016 around 2:30PM and it was the worst service I've had at a Subway. There was a few people in line and the 2 employees that were working kept rolling there eyes up when someone would walk in. On top of that the sandwiches were being made very sloppy. You could see the anger in the employees when they were slamming the veggies down on your sandwich. Sorry to be blunt but if you don't want to be at work and use good customer service skills don't have a job in customer service. I'll probably choose a different sandwich shop or Subway over this one next time. (I feel bad for the franchise owner that is paying these...
