I bought lunch here two days in a row for a 4 man crew working nearby. Food was ordered on the Mobil app..
The first day we got shorted by one item. When I returned to the store sometime later, they gave me the missing crunchwrap without argument, but they offered no apologies. That crunchwrap was pitiful, as it had almost no filler materials. I believe they gave me a deliberately defective food item.
The 2nd day was even worse. The mobil order included 4 large beverages, but they said they were out of large cups, so I was told that all I would get were the smaller cups. The order taker on the intercom refused to make any effort to make up for cheating me on the order, advising me that I could cancel the order and then reorder "medium " cups. I asked them to toss in anything that would compensate me for the 80 cents they were cheating me by,, and they refused. Fortunately, the nice guy at the serving window had better sense and gave me a couple extra cups to make up for cheating me on the order.
Bottom line here: this store's management clearly doesn't put a priority on keeping customers satisfied when they screw up an order. Two out of two...

They have three flavor options orange cream, blue raspberry and a green mountain dew. We ordered the orange cream but when our order number was called there was a blue raspberry with our food. When I asked the young man if the blue raspberry frozen drink was ours(because we ordered the orange) he rolled his eyes at us and another employee explained the orange cream was out at the moment. After we all sat down with our order and had a chance to taste the drink, not one of us liked it(no one in our family likes blue raspberry flavoring). I took the frozen drink back to the register and asked if we could get the other flavor instead(the green mountain dew). The young man rolled his eyes again! I sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes got up to the window the kid handed me my food I then said is that my food and repeated back to him what I had and he then said yes to me. I then have to go inside because all they gave me was nachos and cheese. When I walked inside the kid with the glasses and afro just walked over and just stared at me there was no hello how can I help you there was nothing he just looked at me with a dead stare I believe him and the guy that is working the window with the black hat on are high.
