I was craving Chipotle as I know it, checked around from my work area and this was the closest 8.15.24. When I got there the 1st sign was one of the employees sneezing š® although it was not straight on the food it should've been my first sign. Second, when I saw others ordering the portion size was not even close to regular Chipotle meal. And Third, as I was eating I CHEWED A PEACE OF ROTTEN AVOCADO. It was very bad, it had brown strings all over: I've already chewed some and when I noticed the tasted I spit it out and to see what I've eating it was horrible. Long story short on 8.16 being at work I started feeling dizzy, throwing up so bad, then I felt a horrible pain in my stomach. I am now typing in my bed with food poising. I honestly think this place should be closed. Its not safe health wise. Overall is my second time having food poising from Chipotle in general, safe to say I have received enough signs to not eat at Chipotle again:sanitation, food quality, customer service (employees have to care how and what they are serving to customers please). Anyway, I hope with the level of starts and repetitive bad comments the franchise owners, or managers take this seriously because it can lead to really bad consequences(I hope not). I believe we serve a God that teaches us daily to love another and I pray this place learns the importance of greate all around...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever been disappointed in one location as frequently as this chipotle. The restaurant is almost always filthy, food is all over the tables and floors. The workers are carless and almost always appear like they hate their jobs and it seems that they take it out on customers by giving microscopic portions. I ordered a burrito today and asked for rice. The boy scooping gave me about a hand-full of rice. I then asked for chicken and he scooped the chicken, shook the scoop so that the majority of it fell back into the line, leaving me with around 6-7 small pieces of chicken. I commented on the small portion size and asked for a little more, to which he looked at me blankly and replied āthat will cost you extraā. I then asked for fajita vegetables and he proceeded to give me 3 STRIPS OF PEPPERS AND ONE SINGULAR MINUSCULE PIECE OF ONION. I was very upset at this point and didnāt even bother asking for more. When I asked for pico on my burrito the boy working proceeded to absolutely drown my bowl in pico, leaving me with a burrito filled to the brim with basically nothing but tomatoes. I will not be paying $9.19 for a tomato burrito at this establishment ever again. If you absolutely NEED chipotle, the 5 minute drive up to 135th street is 100% worth your time. Do not waste your money on this unsanitary restaurant with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in alone for a birthday lunch on my 65th birthday. I ordered a chicken fajita bowl but they were out of fajita veggies. When the cook was asked if he had any going he yelled no and started having a tantrum clanging pan and throwing pots around. Nothing was cooking at all and several of the meats and menu items were very low. The guy fixing my bowl was apologizing profusely. The cook acted like it wasn't his job to have food ready but his childish actions and the volume of him hitting and tossing pots and pans got the attention of the entire restaurant. The server asked a female on the line to have a word with the cook but she pretty much ignored him. So I had only rice and chicken in my bow with some Pico, sour cream and cheese. I ordered chips and guacamole but the guacamole had black junk throughout as if it had been sitting out for some time.
I've had similar issues at this location before. I suppose I need to quit coming to this location in the future but it is the closest one to Paola on my way home. I noticed numerous other people have had this problem with this particular restaurant as well. Can someone please contact...
