Normally, I have a good experience at this Target location. But, the past 2 visits have NOT gone well. Last Monday, I was ready to have a pleasant experience at Target, like normal, and that was soon put to a halt by an employee named Andrew. Firstly, I walked into the store and decided to visit the toy section. I was looking for a ball for my daughters to play with in our at home pool. So my daughter picked out up a few balls they liked and started bouncing them to test out which ball they liked; which had the right amount of air in it and what color they wanted. My 2 daughters walked away with their ball and I went to another section, while my daughter and her friend were still choosing a ball. They told me that Andrew came to them and told them to “Stop messing around” and he raised his voice towards them. They explained to him what they were doing and he said "Whatever, keep lying." Then he went and chased my other daughters down and raised his voice to "Stop bouncing that." They weren't bouncing it, my daughter dropped it and she was picking it up. So we continued our shopping and went to check out at Returns. I handed him the ball and my other items and he picked the ball up and threw it behind the counter very harshly. I said "I would like to buy that" and which he replied "I just assumed you didn't want it because they were messing around with it." in a very rude tone. So I shook it off and went home. Then today, when I went into Target my daughters and I received a dirty look from Andrew and when we exited we also received the same look. I’ve lived here for 14 years and this is my local Target. Read moreTwice in 1 week same barista same bad disposition and attitude. Young girl in her 20s who doesn't enjoy her job. She acts like she is doing YOU a favor making your $6 drink. Wednesday afternoon I went to Target with a friend and we wanted to take advantage of the 20%off cold brew cartwheel offer. The barista must have been having a bad day because she looked mad and was short with us. She proceeded to tell us that they were out of cold brew so we basically had to pick something else at full price. No problem only our coffee was not made properly and not worth the almost $6 we each paid for it. This particular barista had served me many times before and I guess her demeanor had always been the same. It took someone else pointing it out to make me see how bad it was. I should have asked her to remake it but just threw the coffee away instead in order to avoid another unpleasant interaction. Fasr forward to this morning when I went to the store for a return and decided to get my coffee and finally use my cartwheel. Same girl same horrible attitude. My coffee was half foam and when I asked her to add more coffee she said this is what its supposed to look like and she didn't. Hmmm NO it's not. I get this drink regularly and foam should be maybe 1/4 not half. I don't want to pay over $5 for maybe 3 sips of coffee. So here I am reviewing this location. Read moreBeginning with a question: how much money is it required for us to spend for there to be someone checking us out? I spent over $400 here and no one is available? Why is that? Finally went to Customer Service who questioned whether I should come through even though I was directed there. I bagged all my own goods. Again, why am I spending over $400 to bag my own goods? Customer Service says they have asked the manager to have more staff checking us out but no one is listening to them. Is this customary that you do not listen to your employees? What kind of business is this? Store seemed empty in many aisles? No one greeted me where people were restocking and I was passing. They were busy in their own conversation…. What kind of customer service are you encouraging? As a final, do you realize that we could go many different places instead of your store? If you had only 20 customers come in and spent over $300 do you realize how much you’re losing in just a two hour span of time?
