With a variety of classes taught every day & by 16 certified instructors in an easy-to-get to building with plenty of parking, you can get a great workout & actually have FUN!! Low impact & high impact cardio that is fun & easy to learn to music you'll recognize from the radio, AND sculpt work AND a little stretching to warm up and cool down those muscles! You guys, it's the WHOLE package!! (And, get this, there are no mirrors on the walls to distract you!! How awesome is that??!) All ages and abilities are absolutely 100% welcome, and this place is truly a 100% "no judgment zone" (which, in my experience, is kind of difficult to find when you live in Johnson County). The instructors won't let you down: they will cue all the moves so you're not lost and feeling like you're working so hard to figure things out that you don't even get a workout. Working out at the Stanley/South Overland Park Jazzercise Center feels like a happy hour where you get to dance with your friends, but without the alcohol! They need to repave the parking lot and fill in all the potholes too! They have a lot of nice stores in this strip mall area just wish people would pay attention to how they drive and to respect other drivers as well. This is a great shopping center. One of our favorite sushi and Chinese food places called KoKia is here. There’s a nice little bar that we get food from sometimes behind the BP. The McDonalds has pretty good, fast service and there’s a grill and fire store and Taco Bell as well.
