This by far is the worst Wendy's I think i have ever been to. It took forever to get my food ordered, then it sat up front for forever because no one called my name to come get it. I went to go get my drink with my baby sister and almost all of their drink selections were out, and the ice was completely out as well. We wanted ketchup for our fries and were horrified to find that there was little bugs covering the ketchup containers. We stomached it and got our ketchup as fast as we could. We picked a booth to sit down in and started eating. Half way through my meal I looked down and saw a caked on nasty spill of something that had been sitting for quite some time. So I started to look around, not to my surprise, the rest of the floor was covered in bits of food that looked like had been sitting there for forever. I also witnessed one of the cooks give his buddy that came in 2 free drinks then him and another girl (found out later it was the manager) sat around talking for a good 10 minutes while the other staff were falling behind on orders. I let my sister finish eating then while she was throwing our trash out I asked to talk to the manager. She looked like she was 18 and just out of high school, and responded to my concerns with a shrug and an annoyed sorry. I have pictures of the bugs and nasty spill and that I will be sending off the the general manager of this store. I was so saddened by my experience here. I am from Texas and just wanted to eat some good food, needless to say I will more than likely get food poisoning or end up throwing up my food because that store really...
Read moreDAVE WOULD BE DISAPPOINTED. Well, where do I start with this disaster of a night shift? As one who worked for Dave back in the late 1980's thru early 1990's, I know a little something about wendy's stores and how they should look and operate. And Dave wouldn't pass this night shift if around to see it. The day shift seems to run fine but night...needs a lot of direction and training.
First and foremost...nobody at the front counter. all in the back doing whatever. Not cleaning, because the lobby was in disarray. And no ketchup in the tanks. And no ice in one machine, low on ice in another. And no clean trays for our food, had to be placed in bags for dine in. Finally a nice person came up from the back to take the order, but for nobody but us in the store, it was a shambles. Back in the day, this wouldn't pass. Fries were dead as well. With all the good stores at night, I'll just drive right past this disaster next time. Don't put people who don't care or don't have the right stuff in multi million dollar units, Wendy's. Just don't do it. This crew needs new management at night and stricter attention to details as I believe this store is out of control. ...
Read moreI stopped today at 3:30 pm. The restaurant smells. I was the only one in the dining area to order my meal inside for carryout. The employee's were incoherent and counting money from the drawer from a register. The older gentleman with gray hair was disheveled and confused on why the register had too much money in it. Every other employee I encountered for the next 10 minutes didn't greet or even notice I was standing there to order food. They all were in another state of not being sober in my opinion. I should have walked out. Thats my fault in the review. I stood there for another 5 minutes until one of the employee's decided to use the other register that "didn't have too much cash in it." The woman whom took my order could barely hold a conversation. I ordered a carryout order. Which was put on a tray for in dining. This restaurant is unsafe and if you read this before going, for the love of God go anywhere else. I am currently in my bathroom sick as a dog and in my opinion, it's from eating here 8 hours ago. I'm done and I haven't I haven't talked about the flies the cashier was waiving as I was paying. DO...
