Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Overland

The clerk named Hollie lied to me and told me that my points for my drink were given to me and they weren’t. I was pulling up the application while they were making my drink when she came back to the window I showed her my phone first she said it’s too late I told her to just delete my order then. She then came back to the window and said “oh I can do it now” and proceeded to scan the code on my phone. While in line I checked the application before driving away and they weren’t there she then went got a manager and lied AGAIN and said the manager added them on I said lied again because they were not added to my account the second time either. I don’t know if I would want to ever go back there if they are willing to be so dishonest. It may not seem like that big of a deal but I work third shift and pass other places I could get a drink from to go there and I go often. Honesty is very important to me plus if they’re willing to lie about that what won’t she lie about? She wasn’t rude or anything like that but when I told her the managers process didn’t work she said nothing which is why asked for the receipt and why I’m taking the time to write this review I believe they knew it wasn’t going to work and just didn’t care about lying to...

I have come to really dislike this location. The quality and just employees not paying attention. I’ve had a burrito slapped together and sloppy. Then just the other day I ordered a medium ice cold brew. It looked almost see through almost water down ice coffee. Yup sure enough when I took a sip it was water down barely any coffee taste, ZERO caffeine in it or it was too water down to even taste it or feel the caffeine. It was horrible that I had to drive down to a store and buy a can of espresso to add in the drink. You know your customers work hard for money to be able to treat ourselves. It’s a waste of time and money of ours to have childish kids at the window goofing off while taking orders and making half * drinks. NEVER will ever go to another scooters again. Will definitely stick with Starbucks. A little more expensive but never a hit or miss...

Wish I didn’t even have to give a star! I go here every single morning! I spend ALOT of money at Scooters… I came through this morning and my order was almost 30 dollars, I paid with a 50 dollar bill as I have before when my order is around 30 dollars and have never had an issue! This particular morning there was a manager named Brooke…she rolled her eyes at me and said she can’t accept my 50. I said ok, I apologize I will go somewhere else…. She then proceeded to say I will accept it this time but I won’t be accepting it ever again! She was super nasty! I could understand if I were buying a 6 dollar drink and paying with a 100 dollar bill! But they only had to give me a 20 and a couple of ones back.
