Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Overland

Of course it's good....its Baskin Robbins ice cream..but... It's getting to be more pricey than its worth. It's a combo store w dunkin donuts which is cool. 1st time just one young man was working the WHOLE PLACE. Very nice, but it's a terrible employer practice to leave one person in charge of basically 2 restaurants. Plus... He was unlocking/relocking the door each time anyone came in bc as the only one there he didn't want to get robbed. He was very friendly and is the reason this location gets 4 stars because ... 2nd time...3 employees but not nearly as friendly. 2 employees stood around not doing much, another was rushing us (no one else was in line...) To order and be done, although the young woman barely acknowledged the 2 requests for samples. One young man came to ring us up but instead of telling me the total, simply stood there waiting for me to hand him money. Just not the...

Stood in line (second person in line) for over 20 minutes with no one helping us. Only 2 workers and they were both working the drive thru. About 15 people were in line in the store and over half left to go some where else. The ice cream was nasty because they left the doors open and it began melting. Also the place was really nasty! The girl that made my ice cream checked out the customers in front of me handled cash, then came over to make my ice cream with out washing her hands... Gross. And last but not least... Out of all cones kids cones, waffle cones, and out of 5 different ice creams... For a new place it...

We went thru the drive thru and we placed an order. The first order was chocolate chip in a waffle cone, the guy said that they didn't have waffle cones, we ask if they had any other kind of cones..then he said we don't have any cones, then he checks and found sugar cones...so the first order was one scoop of chocolate chip ice cream in a sugar cone, then the second order was jamoca almond fudge ice cream in a cone but got chocolate ice cream with marshmallow. The guy doesn't know what he has in ice cream. They need people who know what they are doing. We will not be...
