Arby's — Restaurant in Owasso

Today I had the best sandwich I've tasted in my 33 year history. Before I tell you what it is, I would like to say that I'm not the biggest fan of Arby's... Or at least I wasn't. My better half wanted to stop for food while out grocery shopping and wanted Arby's. I reluctantly agreed (as any good man would). After realizing that the 2 for 6 gyro deal was not available, I was thoroughly disappointed. Thankfully, I noticed an item that I had never seen before. The beer can chicken tall boy. This sandwich is amazing! A breaded chicken breast, chopped beer can chicken, ham, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, and tomato. I have had chicken sandwiches from many different places and even the better ones are still mediocre. Not the case with this. I was so impressed that I took the time to do the survey (which I normally only complete if I have a horrid experience) and even do some additional research. I came to learn that this sandwich is only available until December 23rd in 3 test markets which are Minneapolis, Augusta Georgia, and Tulsa Oklahoma. If you live anywhere near these markets this sandwich would be worth any kind...

Ordered in drive-thru in owasso 137th st behind quick trip across from new St Francis location. Got home near kansas state line and realised part of my order was missing. Called, was told to come by and they'd make it right. I never expected to get the whole order, just the missing items. I got lucky and the very nice manager I spoke with on friday evening was there and remembered our conversation. He did apologise on friday for any inconveinence and also on saturday night. I was waiting only a few minutes and he replaced my full order!!! I was impressed with his "making it right" 100%!!! Very, very kind young man. Agsin I was very impressed with his customer service!! All fast foods and restraunts should show such excellent customer service. And this young man's boss should be proud to have such an employee. Food was great!! Service was a little lacking but not intolerable. The women's accessible stall was a joke. When my mom, who is wheelchair bound, tried to use their restroom she couldn't. We tried having her go all the way to the tiled wall but even with that you could not gain access to the toilet as the door could not close with the wheelchair in there and the door blocked the toilet. I'd like to see management switch the hinges to the right side and then make sure there is enough clearance if someone a wheelchair were to go in and be able to FULLY use their facilities.
