Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Owasso

The last two times I have ordered from here they have messed up. The first time, they got the pizzas completely wrong by mixing a chicken, bacon, spinach on Red sauce instead of Alfredo.

The second time I called to put my order in and the cashier cut me off and said she knew what coupon I was using. She didn’t put the full order in. After only half the order was delivered (came out to the same costs as what the full order should have been. Advertised price was 19.99 and my total was $24. It was logical with tax.) I called because I legitimately thought they forgot a few items and they said they would call me back. They called back to say they didn’t get it on the ticket so there was nothing they were willing to do. In the end I paid the same price I would have for twice as much food as what I got because their cashier “knew” and rushed me off the phone without even confirming my order. Went by to place an order after several hours of shopping. There was a large sign beside the door stating the restroom was for customers only. After placing my takeout order I asked where the restroom was only to be told it was not available because of COVID. When I asked about the sign on the door I was told there was another sign there that said it was not available. After getting the pizza and going out the door I found a very small sign on the door about COVID-19 including the closed restrooms to the public. I had to really look for this and I think not only should their sign be bigger with current information but the open sign should be removed or crossed out. When I've ordered pizzas from here, the app generally says it should be ready in 13-16 minutes. It typically takes them 25 minutes just to put it in thr oven. Today I ordered at 630 and got here at 700. The app said my pizza went in at 654 and should be ready in 8 minutes. The people that work the counter are terrible customer service people. They slap down the box at the counter and don't trouble themselves to apologize for taking 45 minutes. The pizza I got had a 50 percent coupon for half off the menu price. There is no way I'd pay $24 bucks for this sad looking pizza. It looks like one of the frozen $4 pizzas that you get at the grocery store.
