I usually love Papa John's and I leave a pretty good tip.... But tonight.. I ordered kind of late a little unusual for me I must say but I was craving their wings because I usually love Papa John's.... I ordered around 11 11:10 p.m. they close at midnight my order said it would take 22 to 32 minutes... I ordered 24 wings of the honey Chipotle flavor, and cheese bread... as well as leading a $5 tip because I believe that they work hard for their money.. Which made my total 40$ and change .my order was not only 15 minutes late but cold and it was a buffalo style Wings instead of Honey Chipotle as well as being slightly cold... the cheese bread was on the cold side as if they were leftover cheese bread from earlier in the day... I contacted the store 5 minutes before they close to make sure they still had my order as the manager or some employee answered the phone and informed me that my order had left with a driver who had also taken for other orders ... I can understand it being late but what I can't understand is it being cold and the wrong flavor something I didn't even ask for... now I can't even call back because they are now closed... I had company over it I was bragging and it didn't go as well as I planned.... Read moreIf I could rate this is zero I would. I placed an order online through the app at 1:34 PM. I waited for 30 minutes and called the store to check the status of my delivery. Nathan is the guy that answered the phone and said it looks like it’s about 10 minutes out. Well, 30 minutes later and still no pizza. At 2:34 PM, an hour after I placed my order, I called the store again and asked what the deal was, only to be told that he had no delivery drivers working that day and was having to use Uber eats to deliver his orders. I asked him what well what happened to my order? He said it looked like it had been delivered already. I informed him that no I did not have my pizza yet. He apologized for the inconvenience and said he was going to remake my order and have another Uber eats driver bring it to my apartment. I waited for another 30 minutes for an Uber driver to finally show up and inform me that my original order was down stairs sitting on the ground at the foot of the stairs. I live on the third floor. So apparently the first Uber driver was too lazy to walk up the stairs, knock on my door, and let me know my pizza was there. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, and extremely poor customer service. The guy couldn't even find it, so he told me hold on. Another guy answers (assuming maybe a manager?) and asks how he can help me, I tell him that I was waiting on the other guy to check the status of my order. He said what do you need to know about it and I told him I just needed to know when it would be here. He told me that it got set as carry out and had been ready for over 25 minutes. I told him that the email even confirmed delivery. He said well, you can come pick it up. I ended up cancelling my order. No apology, offer to bring the pizza free, or any type of solution other than cancelling or us picking up a pizza that had been sitting for 25 minutes. Asked him to cancel it and he said ok. I asked if they could cancel my payment because it was on a credit card and he said they don't charge till the night time anyway...
