My wife wanted to shop at Target for the afternoon. I was wanting to stop because of the Starbucks inside and I was needing a delicious cup of coffee and pastry. She wanted a hot Chai Tea. We decided that I would order and sit down and wait for her to shop. My first clue of a problem was the long line. The two people working had one speed. The wait in the line was long and once you were in front of the register, the wait was long again for someone to take your order. After the long wait, you didn't have any chairs to sit on. They had them all stacked up and tied off. I asked if I could have a chair to sit down on. The answer was no because of covid. That was like throwing salt on an open wound. The coffee and tea were prepared and were delicious. I still had to stand around inside their store until my wife finished shopping. Seriously management, where is your concern for your customer experience. Is it ONLY about selling coffee and leave? I recommend avoiding this location unless you want to stand on your feet for a long period of time. Find a location with a drive thru or one allowing people inside to sit and enjoy their coffee. The customer experience was terrible and 1 star. I gave them 2 stars because the...
Read moreI have mixed feelings about this place. Obviously their drinks are great and super expensive. But what was kind of annoying for us was the people who come in there with their laptops and food and drink from other establishments who reserve the big table for long periods of time. We came in with a decent sized group and had to set at separate tables because one person was holding the big table. The whole time we were there it was just this one person sitting at this giant table with their belongs reserving all these seats. It was a good 30-40 minutes before other people started actually joining this person, as we were leaving of course. And the food is all microwaved out of a bag....so that's kinda gross lol. But the drinks are great but we...
Read moreI am not sure of his name (No nametag), but he is the guy with the poofy hair. He was unnecessarily enthusiastic about his job. It was startling at first, when he greated me so cheerfully. I never go to Starbucks, and it took me a minute to decide what I wanted. He waited patiently without leaving or showing any signs of annoyance. Then he had my coffee done in less than a minute. Again. I don't know his name, but if management is reading this, and you know who I am talking about, give this guy a raise. He...
